This company is outrageous!!!!! When you wanna return item they do not respond for several emails, when they finally do they say it's too late for a refund now and they claim not receiving any contact before even if you send screens of these emails. It's like some chat is answering over and over again with the same message.

My partner brought 3 coats for her dogs AWFUL quality terrible sizing. Returned them the next day. Funny fuzzy have just ignored every email. Please avoid this company they will rob you of your money

Ordered a raincoat for my xxxl dog and used the sizing guide from this company. The coat took three weeks to arrive (from China) and did not fit my dog (too tight). I contacted the company by email and their response was to request a photo after which they stopped responding. Do not trust this company if something is wrong with your order they are unlikely to help.

If I could give no star that would be a better valuation do only use this company if you want to be ignored and out of pocket worst company i have ever dealt with

Ordered a coat for my dog. It took around 4 weeks to arrive. We didn’t use the coat straight away but when we did it ripped in several places and the zip broke whilst my dog was wearing the jacket causing some issues trying to get the jacket off her. Contacted customer services who refused a refund!! Absolutely shocking quality and service. Do not buy from these!!

Customer service was extremely poor, delivery time was over 4 weeks... Quality of the product is very poor for the price. Chinese company, based in China... absolutely nothing tells you this when ordering items.. very disappointed. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

One of my items went missing in the post, the tracking says it made it to the UK but it hasn't turned up and I ordered end of Aug 2023. They won't refund the £89, I am now out of pocket. They haven't even offered to send a replacement, the parcel company will take the loss not them. Seriously poor service and it seems like this isn't the first time, judging from other reviews here. Email communication seems to have stopped. Items are shipped from China not from the U.K. Had I have known this, would never have ordered in the first place.

The returns policy for Funny Fuzzy is not very funny and a bit fuzzy. My two items arrived and were not at all what I was expecting for the money handed over, to be honest a cheap throw would do the same job. I have contacted Funny Fuzzy to try and return the items but with zero success, the items are in their original packaging and unused but still no success. My communications with the company have been ignored. It's no surprise that I do not recommend Funny Fuzzy neither the products themselves or their approach to customer service.
