This company is horrendous! I wanted to return my order and emailed them, i did not get response until one week later saying can you send us picture of item you want to return and reason for returning, so I did and never got any more response from them. I would not recommend buying from them!!!! Material is cheap and definitely not worth the money!!!!

Horrendous company do not ever purchase anything from them. They sent me the wrong size and tried to exchange they received my product and have been radio silent since!

Ordered a sofa cover from this company …..it’s very poor quality … I was also I inundated with scam telephone calls pretending to be from my bank within days of purchasing online from them. The cover is not worth the money I would not waste my money again !!

Broke all my consumer rights. Didn’t reply to my emails after the goods I bought became frayed and ripped after a few weeks. Wouldn’t give me a refund. Awful communication, don’t use this company!!!!

Rubbish quality, not as on website. I’ve had to keep covers, which for over £100 ,is a pure rip off! Avoid ,and buy elsewhere

Disgusting placed an order when it come they wasn’t true to size of the size chart two funny fuzzy dog coats for my dogs I emailed them was getting reply’s back since sending them my tracking number and proof that I’ve sent the parcel back to them for my refund they have not refunded me and bin ignoring my emails if I don’t get my refund I’ll be going to trading standards and contacting my bank and fraud for taking peoples money and robbing them basically blind disgusting for a big world wide company if I new it all came from china first I wouldn’t of bothered obviously why the size chart is wrong aswel

I ordered a set of couch covers from Funny Fuzzy. The couch covers did not match my needs, so I looked to return them, since they had a 14 day return policy. At first the company responded to my email asking for photos of the packages, which I sent to them. I asked what the next steps in the return process were and...silence. I have followed up several times, including sending a complete separate return inquiry. I have heard nothing, and I now believe that I will not be refunded, which really sucks because these couch covers weren't cheap. I wouldn't have ordered from the company if I'd known I'd be unable to return the product if it wasn't what I needed.

What went wrong - they got nothing right! Goods arrived inferior to what advertised. Emailed asking for instructions to return. No response, emailed a total of 20 times finally got a response asking me to send a photo of product before they could issue return instructions. Emailed again stating why is a photo required I just need to return. Again after numerous chasing as no response received response with instructions where to return. Address is a residential house in Sheffield. They stated they would only refund if it was in the window period of 14 days. it was now 32 days due to their inability to respond. I returned the parcel tracked and signed. To date there has been no refund, despite repeated chases. They continually advertise on facebook and Instagram and answer any question relating to a sales enquiry but if it is a post sales question they don't respond. I am now £100 out of pocket. This is the response today can you believe it !! They don’t even listen I’ve told them now 40 times it’s been returned We apologize for any inconvenience caused and would like to offer you three choices: a 15% discount on your next purchase, a £5 refund if you decide to keep the item, or the option to exchange it for another item. Please let us know your preference, and we will promptly address your request. We value your understanding and ongoing support. Your satisfaction remains our utmost priority. I’ve contacted Amex today regarding chargeback and written to instagram showing them examples of other peoples dissatisfaction
