I ordered a dog bed and even stipulated I needed it for the following week so was happy to pay for faster postage but didn't realise it was coming from china and there was no communication to tell me it wouldn’t be here on time. I told them I no longer needed it then and they told me to ring Royal Mail and get them to organise a return whilst it was in transit (like that would ever work?!) I've been contacting them for the last week since it finally arrived two week later to send it back and get a refund and like others have already mentioned, I get no response and am ignored. Disgusting cheap company.

I purchased a dog coat it arrived after 2 weeks (i had no idea this was coming from China) and was faulty due to manafacturing defect. Images sent to customer services and a replacement was offered, I declined and requested a refund as i could not wait another 2 weeks. No refund received and emails now go unanswered.

Beware of price gouging! I like a previous rug I had purchased almost a month ago and went to order another during their Black Friday sale. The price for the same rug is now actually more than when I purchased it a month ago. They jacked up the price to give a great Black Friday discount but the rug cost is artificially hiked to make it look good. I contacted the company to question it but have not heard from anyone there. Very poor customer service!

Appalling three emails , mention on messenger , til tok, fb no care wanted to return or amend order spent £169 . Do no order a scam

Product disappointing and really over priced.. I bought a sofa cover. Basically two pieces of cheap fabric for £68.. Wow! All i want to do is return the prouduct.. You have to email them for details.. They will reply asking for pictures when all you are asking is for the return details.. Massive red flag of return details not already freely available… Very embarrassed I didn’t do my research.. I don’t normally do reviews but important in this case.. It's clear that this company prioritises just profit. Save yourself the headache and avoid purchasing from them. There are plenty of other reputable and reasonably priced options out there.

If i could give a lesser star, i would. the product is cheap and tacky. we asked for a refund, as per their website. They emailed me asking for a photo, then didnt reply. it seems like they do this with most customers. I will be taking Legal action

There's no possibility for returns or refunds, it's all a lie!! Do not buy from them, it's impossible to get in touch, they simply don't answer!!! When they do answer, offer me a 12 euros refund for a purchase of 200, ridiculous!

AVOID at all costs I ordered a dog bed and according to the dimensions on their site, it would have been perfect, however, it arrived and it was tiny. It was described as a Extra Large dog bed, its never seen extra large anything. I contacted them as the item was not as described and the dimensions provided were not what i received. When i contacted them within the 14 days after delivery, they refused to refund me, even though on their website i followed all the T&Cs. They will not all me to return, because they will not refund the return shipping as they are not based in the UK, not my issue as on their site they do not say i have to pay for the return should the item not meet their own descriptions.... They offered me 10% off my next order or £5 refund. This is disgraceful and this company is not operating within UK law around distance selling. AVOID DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
