Absolute shambolic company, I ordered a dog coat on there website, nowhere does it mention that they are shipping from China, this leads you to believe that they are UK shipping. So I ordered, paid and was looking forward to this coat coming because of the awful weather we have been having in the UK. So after some days I never received an order confirmation or tracking details, so naturally I chased them up and was sent this a couple days later I received my tracking number and this is when on checking that it was apparent to me it was being shipped from China, having I had known this I wouldn't of bothered ordering as I needed the coat quickly. So 18 days later it arrives. The product is okay not worth the money at all.

Product is not what is shown in photos. Cheap bad quality bed with hole. Refused to honour 14 day full refund. Instead offered £8 refund on a £124. Now in the hands of the bank who will reclaim the full amount. DO NOT USE

If I could give a '0' I would. They've done me out of £60 and I've not got a coat for my dog. I measured my dog, then selected the coat according to their size chart and purchased the reflective dog coat. The coat should have left room for growth, but it was too small. Their email correspondence at first was quick, but very rude. Since returning the coat, which I sent tracked & recorded, I can see they have received it, but I have not received a refund (I actually asked to swap for larger size) and so far they have not responded to emails, direct messaging on their website or social media messages. Terrible company - inadequate products with appalling size guides and shockingly poor customer service.

Scam!!! Impossible to get a refund even after jumping through their impossible return "hoops". It was a hard $91 lesson. Do Not Buy from them!!!

If I could give them a 0 I would! I made a $100 purchase back in September. I have been sending emails to someone at this company since October 6 when I received my order. The zipper pull was not connected to anything and my husband and I have been trying without luck to get it fixed. When someone emails me back, it is apparent they are not located in the US. I have sent pictures, etc. I have asked for a supervisor to contact me and no luck! I should have checked to see if there was a customer service number before ordering. I’m sure I could pay to have someone fix it but it burns me up to know that this company has my hard earned money and I have a broken product. BUYER BEWARE!

Terrible company very hard to get a hold of but great at taking your money for products they DO NOT SHIP!! waste of time as well DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE. my issue has been going on since SEPT.

They sent me the wrong item ($174 dog bed) and won’t even respond back. No way to return or exchange item.

Prezzi carissimi, qualità scarsissima e tempi di attesa non come scritto dalla publicità! State alla larga
