I made a purchase back on November 11. It is now December 22 and I’ve yet to receive my purchase. It’s been stuck in customs since November 27 which is well over three weeks now. I’ve asked for a refund back to my credit card, and the only thing they can give me is either a virtual credit card, PayPal or venmo. All to which is very unacceptable considering I paid with my own credit card. Do not ever order from these guys. They are fraud.

CHEAP MATERIAL, STUFFING AND OVERALL QUALITY OF A BED FOR THE PRICES THEY CHARGE! WONT DO A RETURN EASILY - STILL PENDING -THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

This company would not provide a return address after the dog bed received was far from the pictures advertised and was expensive. They offered a measly $15 refund - I persisted and was given a return address in Duluth GA, USA - when i looked at google images this was for a company with a totally different name!!!! I feel they have done this as they won't refund until the item is received so if they don't receive the item as they have given a fake address the i will have no money and no product. I would not trust this company and whish i had read some reviews first.

This company refuses to provide instructions for returning an item--sofa covers--that we ordered and didn't even take out of its plastic packaging because we didn't like the texture once we were able to see it in front of us. They have asked for photos and we've sent them four emails so far and they will NOT tell us how to return this UNOPENED item. We believe they are a scam.

If I could give a 0 I would Purchased a dog coat which came with a hole in it and numerous marks all over. I requested a refund as it says you can on the site and they are refusing to give me my money back. They have offered 20% then 40% back but it is absolutely ridiculous what I’m having to do to attempt to return a faulty product. This has been ongoing since 8/12/23 and I am STILL no further forwards. AVOID.

Priced non-slip sofa covers up online and they were RIDICULOUSLY expensive. Went on Temu and bought the EXACT same covers, for under 1/3 of the price. Covers have already been delivered from China (exactly where funnyfuzzy comes from) and they are fine. Save your money and buy from Temu, as they don't rip you off!!!

Terrible customer service, do not buy from this company. The dog bed they sent is nothing like the image and a massive rip off. They have refused to give me my money back.

I bought a set of sofa covers. They sent the wrong ones. They accepted their mistake. Told me they would refund plus postage one returned! Returned items in exactly the same condition. They received the items. Over a month later I still have NO refund. Their communication is TERRIBLE and now NON-EXISTENT. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
