I placed my order on December 14th, 2023, and as of today, January 1st, 2024, I have not received the item or any updates regarding its delivery timeline. Additionally, there is no way of contacting them over the phone. I have emailed the company numerous times and I have not received any reply from them.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE....they are not reputable!!! I only wish I had read the reviews on here first! I purchased a dog coat which despite following their online measurements was way too big. When I tried to return it for a refund all I received were several emails stalling me and not giving me the address to return it to. The constant stalling is just to push you out of their 14 day return policy limit! Finally after a lot of pushing them I was given a UK address to return it to. Now I am receiving further emails stalling me, such as, asking me to confirm the tracking number even though I've already given it to them and provided them with evidence that it was delivered, photographed and signed for! I have now involved Paypal and hope that they can help get my money back. UPDATE: THANK GOD FOR PAYPAL....I'VE JUST HAD MY REFUND. I'm absolutely convinced I wouldn't have got a penny back if I had used my debit card to pay!

SCAM I ordered, from FunnyFuzzy, the Large Cozy Calming Sofa Dog Bed for $83. I received a piece of pure junk. I orders 12/11/23 and received 12/28/23. I have emailed them to request a full refund and will update you as that goes.if I could give them less than 1 I would! I would love to submit pictures.

Absolutely terrible quality item, came from China, took ages to arrive and no one answers any messages. It's such bad quality that I wouldn't pay £10 for it, never mind the £100 I paid on sale! Avoid!!

Complete and utter scammers, send you terrible products and when you send them back they don’t refund you. They owe me over £50 and no one is responding to me. It’s been months

All I can say is that I will never buy from this company again. I sent my item back and asked for a refund as the item although of good quality it was not what I personally expected. I do believe that if it wasn't for PayPal I would have never received my money. Thank goodness I used my PayPal account. I had so many emails saying my money had been refunded followed by emails saying they were unable to refund claiming something was wrong with my account which was absolutely not true. The final day PayPal gave them the refund went through after several weeks with no problem. Choose for yourself! I've just been asked for more details not sure why. My problems were ongoing I did everything that was asked of me thankfully I returned the item with a receipt and tracking number yet still at one stage they claimed they hadn't received it. Over and over I got emails saying "you have been refunded" followed by "your refund hasn't gone through there must be something wrong with your account." This went on and on. It was extremely stressful that's why I will never buy from them again regardless of how many times they ask for more information.

Please do NOT purchase from the scam seller & website! Received an order, however the colour was not to our liking nor as described. As a result, we emailed the seller for return instructions. Typically, as other reviewers, we received NO reply & their 14 day return policy is near. Thank goodness we paid via PayPal. We have raised a PayPal case to demand the ordeR is returned for a full refund. AVOID AVOID THIS SCAM SELLER.

Fuzzy Funny claims they have a 14 day return policy. This is false advertising. When contacted, the customer service start emails asking for information (photo of shipping label) or offer poor options ( none include the refund). Result is to push you out of the 14day refund period
