SCAM of a company!😡. Do NOT order from them! Followed all directions with returning an item promptly with return receipt request. They acknowledged in broken English through email that they received it, but now, over a month later, they refuse to refund OR respond to my emails. Complete FRAUD! Will be prosecuting and reporting to BBB. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!😡

I purchased an orthopedic dog bed, but the filling is disappointingly thin and hardly orthopedic, more akin to the floor's support. Dealing with customer service has been challenging—they took too long to respond and, when they finally agreed to the return, I'm required to vacuum pack and cover the shipping cost. Despite their initial promise of 14 days free delivery, the return process requires me to manage shipping. I asked for a replacement filling but received no response. The prospect of paying for return shipping, contrary to their free shipping policy, coupled with a delayed refund, is just too much hassle. Sadly, I've reached a dead-end with no satisfying resolution. This experience has deterred me from ever purchasing from this website again. Got an update – they shared a website screenshot stating returns require payment initially, with reimbursement after analysis. It's perplexing considering the "14 days free return" ad. After numerous emails and time invested, they refunded only 25% of my purchase. Not ideal, but as I inserted the mattress, I noticed it's tearing apart. Lesson learned – trusting where you shop is crucial; playing with your money isn't worth it.

I ordered coats for my dogs from Funny Fuzzy in November. They took a while to arrive, then I realised they didn't fit my dogs so I wanted to return them. I had to wait several days and send multiple emails to convince them to let me return the coats, which was very frustrating, as other retailers make this process very easy. They agreed to let me return them but I had to send images to prove there's no damage beforehand. I have now returned them, but still have no refund and its now January!

Do not buy from these guys! I have never experienced so much trouble to return an item. They don't give you a return address, and stall you by offering 10% off next purchase to keep the item, then 12% refund and its ongoing. You contact through FB to be told they are only Operations so don't know the process but have told Aftersales. It's ridiculous! I feel like it's being dragged out to ho past the 14 days and I won't see my money back.

Purchased 2 coats according to their size chart I needed XXL- they came and were way too big so I emailed them to return for an exchange to the xl size . Sent the coats of tracked delivery which they received . They sent the 2 new xl size coats out which turned up and were too tight around the chest/front legs- restricted movement in the front legs and my dogs could barely walk. Emailed them again to send them back for a refund. Sent the coats off recorded delivery again which they received .. waited over a week still no refund .. numerous emails to them and barely any communication back. Then I received an email to say they sent me 4 coats and if I sent 4 coats back together which I explained I didn’t because I sent the first 2 in exchange for the 2 they sent me back, again provided both tracking numbers and photos of the receipts from the post office. Then I received another email asking if I sent both coats together as they had only received 1 coat - funny because I packaged both coats in the same packaging ! The weight of the packages from the 2 XXL I sent back wasn’t much different to the 2 xl I sent back.. again sent the tracking numbers / proof of delivery to them, receipts from both parcels I sent with the weight visible and now still waiting for a reply!! Also I had to pay to send both packages back which cost me almost £20! Let alone the £72 I originally paid for the coats! Now contacting my bank to see if they can claim it back! Absolute con artists

I purchased a coat in October 2023 and it's of poor quality with holes in it and the reflective material is peeling off. I've emailed and asked for a replacement (consumer law ) they said only a two week guarantee which is not correct. Stay away , there are much better companies selling decent quality products. I will continue my battle with them to get my replacement or refund.

I would avoid this company as there dog clothes are rubbish I believed there all in one dog suits were as described to be waterproofed but sadly they are not when I take my dog for a walk he comes back wet it’s as if he was not wearing the suit at all

Total dissatisfaction with their product and a poor return policy. Stuck with a product I do not like or want and the cost to return it is prohibitive. My advice find a more reputable company.
