Worst product and even worse customer service. DO NOT BUY! I ordered two of the same product at the same time. Two dog bed/carriers for the car. They shipped separately and one arrived 4 days before the the other. One came fine and the other looked like it was made by a completely different company. It had half the filling as the proper one and wouldn't stand up correctly. I notified them and asked to have the filling replaced so it would work properly and be the like the first one. They wouldn't do it. They offered me small amounts of money off but would not just replace the product. After weeks of going back and forth I said if they wouldn't replace it then I woild just return them both. But, they would not send me shipping labels and insisted I had to pay to send them back. I had to dispute the order through my credit card because they were rude and making fun of the situation instead of doing anything. It was beyond appropriate and extremely unprofessional. If you go to the BBB website and search for them, they have a long list of these exact complaints and they keep doing it to people.

This business is a scam. You will regret doing business with them. They get your money then you have to work to get YOUR money back. No No do not order you will be sorry. Check out the return policy unbelievable. They have had my money since 12/14/23.

Poor quality and even worse customer service. The zippers of the pillows are garbage and broken after washing. Emailed customer service. Because it’s more than two weeks after purchase they won’t do anything. After telling them they’re awful they said I could purchase new pillows for half the price. So buy ooor quality pillow again ??!!!

Ugh… I wish I read the reviews before purchasing. Cheap, cheap, cheap. I can’t believe this came in 9 pieces and I had to put it together. The quality is awful. I spent $149 and it’s worth $14.99. This is wrong and the company should be reported or taking such advantage. Awful product.

Customer service is absolutely horrible. I sent multiple emails about returning a portion of my order, but still haven't gotten a response. I think they're waiting until the 14 day return policy runs out. Will never buy from them again.

Do not use this company, total scammers. Dog car seat strap clasp broke after only 5 1/2 months & even tho I forwarded the receipt they said it was out of warranty & I would have to pay over £10 for a replacement! Appalling customer service. Sticking to British made products in future………

Like someone else has said on here I wish I'd read some of the reviews before spending over £100 on sofa covers from this company! The quality is very poor as after only using them since delivery in October last year the surface has piled already making them look shabby. They do not stay in place either, as we are led to believe, and am constantly putting them back in place after use. I've been offered a paltry 20% from the cost plus some dismissive emails im broken English (as someone else has said) which has left me very disappointed. Hopefully our negative reviews will be read before others buy anything from this company!
