Simple facts: ordered on 12/25… after several emails back gland forth saying that my bed has been stuck / lost since customs clearance in LA on 01/08, no help, no helpful reply besides standardized unhelpful ones, no refund despite asking for it. This company has the worst customer service possible, and is simply a thieve! Should be reported… I will definitely not accept paying $137 for a good non received and no answer with resolution to my complaints.

AWFUL COMPANY!! NO RETURN POLICY AND PRODUCTS ARE JUNK!

Terrible, bought the couch covers ($450 worth) - item was not as described (buy of Temu for 70% less and much better), sent back to the address the TOLD me to send it to 16weeks ago. They claim it never arrived to this "said address" (that seems suspicious) and ZERO refund. Claiming this is FRAUD!

The ‘steps’ we ordered and what arrived have nothing in common. Complete junk. Still waiting for return authorization. Started a dispute with American Express. Update…got return information. Because of the nature of the ‘inflated’ product the cost to return is prohibitive. Nature of the marketing. Stick with Amazon Prime!

Just remember nothing is free in this world, the goods are nothing like the advertising if you can live with paying good money for rubbish enjoy.

Effectivement le produit (couvre canapé) n'est pas conforme à mes attentes et aucune proposition de retour et bien entendu aucune proposition de remboursement.En réponse à mes multiples demandes de retour voici le type de message que j'ai reçu :"puis je savoir comment tu as mis la couverture sur le canapé" ou encore "ce serait apprécié si nous pouvions avoir quelques photos pour le vérifier pour vous" Que faire ?

Very poor quality items made cheaply and marked up exponentially. I purchased 2 dog mats for well beyond the $100 mark, and they failed within weeks. They are in no way fit for their intended use and most definitely not worth the money. They are ABSOLUTE RUBBISH! I reached out to customer service and like others, I was met with no resolve. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COST!

The dog bed we received is an absolute complete piece of garbage. It is shocking how horrible it is. The main part of the dog bed is a worthless, under-stuffed floppy pillow that has zero padding and is NOT EVEN ATTACHED to the sides of the dog bed, so if our dog gets in or out of the bed, the pillow dislodges and moves out of the damn bed. The cheapness of the quality is shocking and I’d get a better dog bed at a dollar store. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Oh, and you can’t return anything either, if it’s been removed from the original packaging, so we are stuck with this useless piece of crap.
