Ordered a dog seat for my sister for Christmas that never arrived. $170. I now have to dispute it with my credit card company.

Sizes are inaccurate and customer service non existent. Cannot get in touch with them to return the item that is smaller than advertised. Wasted money on something that can't be used or returned. Avoid buying from these people.

I bought two seat carseat for my puppies from funnyfuzz. When I opened parcel I became so disappointed cause the material that used to make this carseat looked so poor and cheap. I couldn't believe they charged $109.50 for this carseat. So I decided to return and send request for refund and sent emails to this company several times but they never answer me back since there are only 14 days left to return this item for refund. I just claim to my bank and received a refund. Never buy from this company it's totally fake

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I finally got a response about the status of my refund. It has been "escalated." That was nine days ago and I have heard nothing. THIS COMPANY WILL ROB YOU OF YOUR MONEY. THE PRODUCTS ARE RUBBISH

I ordered a bed that took a month to arrive. I didn't realize I was ordering directly from China. The bed was MUCH smaller than the measurements I took when I ordered it, and I didn't feel the quality was worth the price on top of that so wanted to return it. I had to have a 10 message email exchange over the course of a week to get a rep to give me the return address to return within their return window. Then, they do not provide a return address label and to ship it back was going to cost $105, only $5 less than the total cost of the bed. I felt ripped off and will be doing extra homework to be sure I'm ordering from a US based company in the future. Do not recommend.

I've only put 1 star as it won't let me put 0!! I ordered a sofa cover set and it took over 4 weeks to arrive came from East Asia which I wasn't told about! When it arrived I took one out of packet and put it on my sofa, I took a photo and sent to my mother in law which she then replied "you can't have that it looks awful I'll buy you a new sofa!" This obviously surprised me so I packed the cover back in its packet and sent it back. That is when my trouble started!!! I've been trying ever since to get a refund of the Company but they are refusing!!!!! They say the cover has a stain on it and an 'odour'! Now I'm no magician so goodness knows how I'm supposed to get a stain and an odour on it just taking it out of packet!!! They keep coming back with excuses and refuse to give me a refund amd saying I can have the items back but why would I want that if I no longer need them!!!!! This has also happened to a family member with Funny Fuzzy and I've also heard other stories about this company!!! So my advice is STAY AWAY!!!!

I ordered a dog coat and when it came it was absolutely crap. When I contacted them to send the item back they would not accept a return or refund. Now I’m stuck with a coat that cannot be used, and I’m £50 out of pocket. Extremely disappointed and would suggest staying away from this brand. Shocking.

The bed you sent was a piece of trash and it was $1]00 dollars ! Giving someone a virtual visa is not returning their money ! Your company and everyone there are horrible!! I'll never do business with you again or anyone else I can possibly tell!! Thank you for stealing my money!!!
