They made a instagram contest of Design you Pet Product 2024 -contest, which felt like a big scam as nobody even saw our participation to it. Asked about it as mistakes do happen, but their reply was "Oh we see" and that's it, so clearly it wasn't just a human error. With this experience we can't recommend the company and/or especially their customer service.

Produit de mauvaise qualité (j'ai commandé un panier pour chien), la mousse s'écrase, n'a aucune densité. Quand j'ai demandé un retour, j'ai eu des mails pour me demander quel était le souci, me demander des photos, me redemander d'expliquer les défauts, me dire qu'il fallait attendre 2-3 jours que la mousse prenne du gonflant alors que cela faisait plus d'1 semaine et que ce n'était clairement pas un problème de gonflant. Bref, j'ai envoyé beaucoup de mails et j'ai beaucoup insisté pour avoir l'adresse de retour. Et ensuite encore de nombreux mails de demande de remboursement, j'ai du ouvrir une plainte pour avoir une réponse aux mails et j'attends encore le remboursement 2 mois après la commande. A Fuir !!!

Awful quality, inaccurate sizing. I would expect much more for $141. Took over 2 weeks to receive. Extremely disappointed.

Terrible! I ordered something beginning of Jan and it was too small so emailed to ask to complete a return! I have been going slow emails back since, repeating the same questions why! Asking my name and address, reason to why I don’t want it and pictures of it!! I am still no closer to being able to return or get a refund! Do not order from this company! Terrible customer service!

It's a piece of CRAP. Doesn't stay in place. I should have gone to Walmart.

Awwwwwful quality, considering the price. I sought to get the item returned as I wasn't happy. They refused and only refunded me 30%. Bad customer service. Bad products. AVOID, peeps.

Missing order. Extremely poor quality goods. Obviously made in China or similar place. No instructions. No returns labels etc. I'll pay more to buy British in future, as it will actually work out cheaper, having read other reviews on here about returns etc.

The customer service is very poor and the company appears to stall on every aspect of refunding money. Firstly, they give only a 14 day refund window. They don't provide a return address until you send a photo of the product wrapped in the original packaging. They don’t pay for the return mailing (mine cost 50% of original cost). My return has been in their warehouse now for 14 days ( I have proof of delivery) and after numerous emails still have not received my refund. Again multiple stalling techniques. I have filed a report with my credit card company. Avoid doing business with this group.
