Low quality products. Dog car seat has no support at all far too soft on the sides, for the price you would expect a good quality item unfortunately this is not the case. Don’t waste your money

Awful easy to order but took a while bed was wrapped in a plastic bag bound by tons of tape couldn't open carefully snipped bottom of bed. Bed looked crazy all distorted creased and a total mess didn't want to know said it was vacuum packed, absolute joke it wasn't it was just crammed and squashed and taped to keep it tight. Offered me a &5 refund after paying £45! Would not buy from this site again i have seen better packaging on ebay.

No refund during more than 2 month. Avoid shopping with this company.This is fraud.

I wish I had read the trust pilot reviews sooner. Customer Services is an absolute joke. They are very slow to reply. When they do reply it is like they have not read your email. I spent over £200 with this company. Firstly they will not reply to me about the dog coat that I want to return as it does not fit. I measured and the dog was bang on their size chart but the coat received is huge so I need to return it but I am being ignored. 4 emails requesting the return so far. My second part of the order arrived and one of the sofa covers I have been shipped is the wrong size and much smaller than I ordered. I have sent them photos showing it against a correctly sized cover that was also supplied by them. They replied as though they have not read the email. I thankfully paid by PayPal so will be sending them all the correspondence to get a refund. Don’t waste your time with this company. It’s all cheap, mass produced and they don’t care about their customers at all once they have your money.

Well,where do I start. I Ordered a large all seasons thickened washable dog pillow bed. It started with the tracking as it took weeks to come and I could not check or get updates,so I wasn't even sure if I was getting it. Then when it turned up it was the worst dog bed I have ever seen. It had hardly any filling which came in bits and was as thin in places that you could almost touch your fingers together through it. I paid what I thought was a higher price as I wanted to get my aging dog something softer for her. I am just going to throw it away as I am sure if I went through the return route it would be a nightmare. My advice is steer clear.
