Do not buy!!!!!!! The jackets I received were cracking! But the customer service is shocking they make it so difficult to send anything back even tho they advise you online if your dog is between sizes to order both!! Asked for pictures before I returned my items! As I'd they didn't belive me they hadn't been worn even tho I was trying to send them back on the same day! So clearly hadn't been worn! Then said the look unused so I was able to send them back issued me with an address to foreign country when I went to the post office they wouldn't send it without a country which they hadn't provided when contacted them about this they then sent me an address in Bristol! Very strange why they never gave me this in the first place. Now they have refused my return! Honestly unbelievable terrible company avoid the jackets are lovely on my dogs but no way are they worth the hassle!!!!

Ordered a lovely looking 3x Goodnight bed. Slow delivery from China after stated they were UK based. The shrink wrapped item arrived with no instruction - 4 odd shaped cushions and the cover. I paid £90 for this and it's simply not worth it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO WHATEVER YOU DO JUST DONT BUY THEIR BEDS. This company is a SCAM. They advertise money back, but they DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK. The bed I bought for my dogs ripped in THREE DAYS. And they refuse to give my money back. They are forcing me to keep a cheap and terrible product that I do not want. DON’T BE FOOLED! I wanted to post a photo of how the mattress I bought ripped but I can’t. It’s the material that ripped near the stitching, and it’s not by my dog scratching it. They do advertise anti scratch. But it’s not. It’s anti dogs their beds!!! DO NOT BUY

I purchased several of these couch covers for my new sectional. They were rather pricey, and took a very long time to arrive. Upon arrival, I washed them, because the products are supposed to be washable, and one of the couch covers came out of the wash damaged. I immediately brought the issue up to customer service and after several weeks of back and forth via email, they were not willing to replace the defective product, tried to blame me for the damage, and instead offered me 20% off of my next purchase with them. Not only are the products poor quality, getting damaged after only one wash, but their customer service is horrible as well.

Absolutely awful company to deal with. The dog bed we brought is absolutely nothing like the picture or description! Tried to return it but was told that poor quality is not a defect!! Don’t waste your time, money or sanity with this dreadful company. £100 later and we are so disappointed. Trying to save others going through the same as us!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

AWFUL COMPANY! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Ordered two covers which requested to return on the same day of delivery as they are too small. So much back and forth to even get the return address. It has now been 2 months and they aren't refunding my purchase and not responding to emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Horrible customer service. Not what at all I wanted. Had to jump thru hoops just to return it, take pictures, and then get a return address. I sent back ups. They received Feb 1 and still don't have $$. Keep sending email asking where refund is and no response. Horrible!

I ordered the 4 piece sofa cover and after no contact, it arrived by Royal Mail yesterday. After spending £90 on this, I am totally disappointed, the quality of the make is appalling, hems not caught in, corners not finished off and the stay in place covers do not stay in place, they slide all over the place on our new sofas! Don't waste your money on this Company, you can buy much cheaper elsewhere!
