Really wish I’d checked these reviews before ordering. Ordered 6th February, nothing has arrived. Looks like parcel is lost with the courier. I was assured by email on 27th February this would be looked into and resolved within 5 working days, but not heard anything since. Will be claiming for a charge back via my credit card company.

First of all this company is in China, which is something they have taken great steps to hide. Their refund policy is s scam, they will only give you pay a small portion of what you paid. Stay far away from this company. It’s cheap made in china products at premium prices. They are just a fancy website out there to scam people.

If I could I would give them no stars. The product is expensive for the cheap rubbish given. Then they try hard not to give your money back. They state they have received my item - in writing - now they state they cannot find it and won't refund. Furthermore, they do not give you a return label and the address they gave me to send it to was a residential address, not a warehouse they repeatedly told me it was 'lost' in. Dodgy to say the least! Luckily, I paid via PayPal and have now raised a dispute which now has been settled before PayPal took action. If I had known where this company was based in the first place, I wouldn't have ordered due to constant problems with refunds and customer service emanating from this country.

AVOID all seems good until you have a problem and then it's awful. Customer service is non existent. Purchased an expensive waterproof dog coat that to start with was absolutely amazing but after 4 months it started coming apart at the seams. I contacted them only to be told that it was out of warranty. Apparently you only have 14 days after purchase to notify of any defects so if the item has an issue after you start using it then you're stuffed. Offered me 15% refund or 15% off my next purchase. What a joke and a complete waste of money. Oh and it's a no contact number, email only, out of country ( despite the fake uk address) s*** show

Hice un pedido que llegó bastante más pequeño de lo que ponía en su página web. Les escribí para que pusieran solución, mandándole las fotos donde se ve claramente que el bolso es más pequeño y no contestaron hasta 6 meses después! Diciendo que tuvieron problemas con el correo y pretenden que 6 meses después cuando ya lo daba por perdido todo y me quede con el bolso que me llegó, lo devuelva (usado ya) o me devuelvan solo un 15%... No se hacen responsables de nada y no es nada barato. 6 meses después!!!!!!!

This place is a total ripoff so don’t get scammed like I did. I ordered the couch cover last September and they sent me the wrong item, some furry gray thing when I ordered Linen Coffee. I asked repeatedly for a return authorization but they never responded. I finally sent it back to the address that was on the box it came in. They stole $81 from me and I’m furious!

I ordered 2 2x dog beds and they were maybe a medium. Pillows they sent for filling did not even fit inside the bed. I have requested a return and they demanded pictures of the packaging and are now not responsive. Please stick with the recognized brands like paw.com, chewy.com, and even some of the companies like Company Store, Pottery Barn, etc make nice dog beds I have an addition to this. If you try to do a refund with them, they will expect you to pay for the return and will not provide any return labeling. I paid with Shop payments, so I am still paying for this mess. My order number was FF191376S. Check out their negative rating on the Better Business Bureau site. Avoid this sham of a company!

DO NOT BUY !!!! AVOID !!! FAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE, REALLY POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS. I WANTED TO RETURN THE ITEM AS SOON AS I GOT IT BUT THE COMPANY IS GHOSTING ME, I NEVER RECEIVED THE RETURN LABEL THEY BEVER REPLIED TO MY FEE EMAILS
