If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a SCAM! Please do not WASTE your MONEY. I returned an order of seat covers after opening the package and immediately noting it was not alike to the colour in the photo. Initially I asked for a refund but was suggested an exchange, which I agreed to. The item was packaged and sent back. They claim the item (noted the largest and most expensive) is defected and now are refusing to issue a refund or exchange, other than for the smaller and cheaper item. They are stealing from customers by taking your money, keeping the unfaulty product and most likely selling this to another customer. I will be issuing a dispute with my bank and I will be urging others not to fall to this scam. Its unfortunate because I decided to order after a family member recommended, however we will both no longer be buying again from this company. I will continue to comment on all Facebook and Instagram posts with a link to trust pilot until I get a refund. The joke of the matter is they sent me a photo of a faulty item which isn't even the item I returned as it is a completely different colour. Avoid at all costs!

I bought the reflective raincoat lat Jan early Feb. I sent it back because it was too small. I wanted to return and get a refund but they refused because the product was "damaged". When they sent a picture of the so called damage. They said they could only send me back the damaged product. When I asked for a picture of the damage they sent a picture of a dirty mark. I asked them to try cleaning it so I could get my refund but they refused to try and clean it with a wet wipe. They said that they would send it back to me and it has been nearly 2 weeks and I have not received the "damaged" product or even a refund. I was so looking forward to getting their reflective raincoat for a long time because I loved the look of it but their poor service has left me with a bad taste. I have stopped recommending people their raincoat. Stay away from FunnyFuzzy because they are absolute cons!!! Avoid at all costs!

I’m still waiting for my refund ! Sent with tracking number pictures sent to PayPal ! This is an absolute rip off company whose measurement's do not match up to the product size. They run their business from a private address in Sheffield via their Chinese connections ! The trading standards are interested in the discrepancy in the size of the product to the sizes that are on their size chart . I’ll let you all know when and if this Micky mouse company ever cough up my refund ! Advice : steer clear of them ! Avoid this company Can you tell me trust pilot why you have now threatened twice to take this review down because FF keeps pestering you ? Iv given the tracking number ! Order number ! Royal Mail has been on to me and said this residential house which is the address they gave me through PayPal refuse or there just not accepting parcels ! Hence I’m still waiting for my refund ! Can trust pilot please tell me what more can I produce from stopping you taking this down or removing it for people to see. Cheap Junk from China The dog bed lasted a few days before it was destroyed. It ripped due to the materials being paper thin / cheap - not suitable for my Bavarian Mountain Hound Do not waste your money

I ordered a £130 (reduced to £110) dog bed XXL (120cm x 90cm) - All Seasons Thickened Large Washable Cat & Dog Pillow Bed. It arrived in a package all squashed up into a sausage about 40cm x 20cm diameter. I knew before even opening it, this was not the product as described. But just to make sure I opened it up nad took a proper look at it. I was in histerics because it was SO ridiculous not as decribed. This product was marketed as "soft with high bounce" and "with a thickened base" with gorgeous pics of dogs laying on it all cosy - the product I have received is NOT like this at all. There are patches of the base where there is NO padding at all, and where there is padding its only 5-10cm thick and squashes so easily its pointless and you hit the ground. Is it not a mattress but a very flimsy casing, which has a rip in it for good measure, filled with toy foam or something crap. No bounce at all. This is the most ridiculous bed I've ever seen and for it to be £110, purely laughable. I was expecting SO much from the photos you posted and the price, but this is pathetic and very very cheap. This shop is a scam, do not buy. Will try and upload photos if I can.

I have communicated with FunnyFuzzy, who are no help at all. I spent a lot of money on covers and they were lovely when they arrived. After washing though, they no longer grip and look awful, so 4 months later I am back to investing in throws. The customer service is responsive but not helpful. Absolutely not taking any responsibility, standard replies as thought they hear this all of the time. I have sent a review to them but wonder if it will make their website. They seem to have only the good ones published. And my review would have been good if it was immediate. I should have checked Trustpilot first!

Do not use this company. Firstly they are expensive - if you search the web there are better deals to be had. But more importantly their customer services is rubbish. I ordered an item worth £75.00. They provided proof of delivery - a photo of someone stood at my closed front door. No delivery note was left. of where the item was left. When asking the customer services team for support none was provided. Hence my low score.

The quality is horrendous. I ordered the vintage Heart Checkerboard Dog Car Seat Bed and it doesn't even have the strap to connect the bed to the seat. Not safe for my little guy and the cushions are so flimsy. It's even discoloured fabric. Wouldn't reccommend.
