Absolutely dreadful quality. Thin and nothing like picture Wouldn’t recommend or buy

I ordered 2 bedsheets for dogs. Supposed to be in cotton whereas they are in plastic (polyester). AND a dog bed who arrived with a broken zip. The cushion is crap, too tin, the cover, again, in polyester. Is mainly crap made in China. Customer service very proactive though in taking back the stuff which I obviously did not want.

Ordered this bed on March 30, 2024 : products/ultimate-lounger-full-support-comfortable-orthopedic-dog-bed ORDER #FF203001S We got the correct cover, but the cushions were incorrect. We sent an email with all the details including photos asking for a refund. The following email asked us for the order number and sku number which we provided. Their following email had my name wrong and still claimed that they sent us the right product when we showed full details that they weren't. They are now refusing to give us any resolution. The other cushions they provided were very cheaply made overseas, they were thin, they were very low quality.

This company is SCAM really cheap items not customer service available they don't accept returns don't buy anything seriously very bad quality ans poor service

Do not!! I repeat Do Not buy from this company!!!! Fraud! Beware!!! They do not like to exchange and horrible customer service. Quality of the items are way off in description and made extremely cheap, low grade material

First and foremost, it states, shipped in 2-3 business days. After complaining twice it finally shipped 3 weeks later. It came as a diy bed with no instructions on how the 4 different shapped pillows go. This was supposed to be an orthopedic bed and my amazon cheap throw pillows have more structure than this. Overall just cheap quality foe what you pay.

I would strongly recommend to NOT DO business with this company. It literally ships from China per order. I’m 10 days in and it’s still not even in my delivery state. Can you imagine the process and timeframe if I want to return it?! Spend twice the money and get the product they knocked off from Pawkets which has great customer service and a fantastic product. I ordered it days later and it’s already arrived - beautiful. I’ll write a follow up review on my return…if it ever gets here to return, lol!
