Absolutely appalling
Absolutely appalling. Trying to return an item. Sent everything they have requested and as per other reviews, they are obviously scamming me to get past the 14 day return policy. Still no response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I’m so cross I fell for the products. They are rubbish, not worth the money.

Ordered a large dog bed from them which…
Ordered a large dog bed from them which was overpriced, it arrived and was nothing like the one in the photo. The material is awful for the price,( looks like something from Temu) the size is shocking for the price. I would never order from this scam company again

Terrible bed
Terrible bed - flat as a pancake - DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN - it said orthopaedic bed and it has ZERO base just a handful of stuffing spread out over a large bed - DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

Poor communication and product
I have been requesting a return address for 5 days. I have supplied a photo of the package as requested but still no address. My order was not suitable and I want to return it for a refund. It arrived very poorly packaged and the quality of the product was not what I was expecting. I am getting very suspicious that I have been scammed and being pushed to over the 14 day period when refunds are accepted. I am annoyed with myself for not checking out the reviews before I ordered. It appears that I’m not alone and I just want a refund!

This company is awful
This company is awful. I ordered a snow jacket for my dog, it did not fit correctly and they made it nearly impossible to get a refund. It was very diff to even get a reply about how to send it back. I was issued a credit from my credit card company after a dispute, but now they want me to cancel the dispute so they can issue the refund, which I’m not dumb enough to fall for. Do not order from this company

If i could give them a zero
If i could give them a zero, I would. Buyer Beware. They will fight you on every way to avoid giving you a refund. First they offered me a 10% discount on a future purchase. Then they said I had to send pictures to show the items were unused, which I did. I sent it USPS with tracking and kept my proof of delivery. After a month of no refund, I contacted them and was told it takes the warehouse awhile to process it. After three months I disputed the charge with my credit card company. I immediately heard back from them apologizing for not taking care of my refund and asked me to drop the dispute so they could issue me a refund directly. My credit card company advised me NOT to drop the dispute, as I might loose my rights to dispute again if they did not issue it. Now they are telling my credit card company they never received the return. Good thing I printed and saved my USPS delivery confirmation.

AVOID!! Absolute joke
This company is awful. Products are faulty and they ignore emails about returns. They are really overpriced and communication is horrendous. The most productive part of their company must be the person they hire to remove all the negative comments on Facebook and block you!

Very dishonest company
Very dishonest company. I'm concerned, at this point, that they have taken my money. They offered expedited shipping at checkout that said 1-3 business days. They haven't even shipped my package yet and it's well past the shipping guarantee. Buyer beware
