Do yourself a favor and not buy anything from this HORRIBLE company. They take your money and when it’s not as described they give you stall tactics instead of returning it for a refund. They offered partial refund, but even that hasn’t happened. I reported to BBB and will continue to write poor reviews until they make good on their word.

Bonjour, J'ai commandé avant de regarder la fiabilité du site contrairement à mon habitude. Un délai de 3 jours pour la livraison est annoncé. Finalement, commande reçue en 10 jours (quelque part en petit sur leur site il y a écrit qu'en fait jusqu'à 10 jours pour eux c'est correct et vous, vous ne pouvez pas vous plaindre. Comme c'était un panier pour un voyage en camion une semaine plus tard, j'ai dû en acheter un autre rapidement. Pensant pouvoir le retourner, j'entame la procédure de retour. Là, pas simple. Faut écrire un mail, attendre 3 jours pour une réponse. on vous propose de garder le produit avec un remboursement de 20%, je refuse, puis 3 jours plus tard encore, 40 %. Là vos comprenez que les frais de retour doivent être chers, très chers... Bingo leur site de vente n'est pas en France mais aux Etats-Unis et ce n'est mentionné nulle part sur leur site. Vous êtes piégé. Après un mois de mails de réclamation et d'attente de réponses toujours très longues, j'ai fini par accepter le remboursement de 40% en gardant le produit. Très cher pour un produit dont vous n'avez plus besoin à cause de leur livraison à rallonge. Le FR ne vaut que la traduction du site de vente en français. Si vous appréciez les livraison rapides, les services clients réactifs, fuyez ce site.

Bought a dog bed for £88 and when received found the material to be cheap and flimsy and the central cushion doesn't even fit it is too small and the whole bed is awful. Asked for an immediate refund but struggled to get any response for days despite their website claiming to reply within 24 hours. Eventually got a reply when emailing a different address I found but 3 days later no reply. I have seen the reviews on here and wish I did before. I have also reached out to them on instsgram several times but no reply. Awful bed I seem lumbered with for a lot of money and no means to contact the , quite frankly, corrupt company who are Chinese based which had I had known I would not have purchased this bed. Really disappointed and frustrated. Avoid at all costs.

I made an order three weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. But more concerning is my credit card details have been compromised recently and this has been the only place I've placed an order from in the past month or so. Be careful don't order from this shop!

If I could give zero stars I would. I needed to return my purchase bc one blanket came with a stain and the other was too small. There’s only a 30 day window for returns. They take forever to respond and when they do it’s to offer you a discounted portion of your money back. I kept saying no- I want a full return, just tell me where to ship the items. They responded that I’d get a $36 credit and then never responded again. $36 did not even cover the cost of one blanket. When I commented on their Instagram page, they blocked me.

Do not purchase from this company! Items dispatch from China - UK consumer rights don’t stand. I purchased £90 worth of throws with the understanding that they were suitable for pet use (as stated on their website in writing and by a video clip showing a fork being pulled across the material). I was wrong. Had the throws around 3 weeks and my dogs nails kept getting caught. Gradually, the items have become worse (washing one of them was a huge mistake - didn’t bother with the other) and I’ve now had to bin them as the were pulling so much (I’ve purchased throws from B&M that are cheaper which serve the purpose more) - herringbone stitches were pulling and black under-stitching was also coming loose which caused the throws to effectively ‘ripple’ in places (like when you pull a stitch on a jumper and the material distorts and gathers together). You won’t get your money back. UK subsidiary company are also in active strike-off mode (Companies House). RETURNS - you are expected to foot the bill to return items and then it is at their discretion whether you receive money back. Tried to get a refund, they offered a 20% discount - tried to bargain and agreed at half of refund and no return of product - still waiting for them to reimburse and it isn’t likely to happen. Don’t make the same mistake - please steer clear! [added 12.10.2024 14:33] In reply to Funny Fuzzy stating my order was out of the 30 day period, it wasn’t! I received order on 25 August. I contacted “customer service” on 11 September 2024 17:41. This was the first time I could contact after having surgery on 3 September! In the email I uploaded evidence (25 photographs). Funny Fuzzy responded to me on 17 September and there had been at least 7 emails back and forth

Still have yet to receive my order… 3weeks it was shipped around (supposably) then it showed it was in my town and now it’s shipped to another facility a lot further away and not even close. I would not buy from this company.

Tout va bien tant qu’il n’y a pas de problème de retour, ensuite c’est l’arnaque complète. Ça fait 3 semaines que j’essaie de retourner deux articles, ils me proposent des sommes ridicules pour éviter le retour ce que je refuse car je perds trop d’argent et impossible d’avancer, ils ne répondent pas ou répondent à côté c’est insupportable.
