SCAMMERS! I ordered a waterproof jacket from this company and to be fair the order arrived within 10 days, yes seems to be from China, my issue with that is it seems to be a "hidden" fact. The jacket was of good quality and honestly if it had fit would have been perfect, BUT, the jacket was too tight around the front and so my dog could not walk properly in it. The legs were too long and so they went under her paws when she tried to walk. I went to my emails to look for details to return AND THERE IS NOTHING! You have to email them and then (nearly a week later) I got an automated reply with a lot of platitudes asking for photo's to PROVE what I have said. No mention of the returns policy or when they will send a refund. I wish I had seen these reviews first as I would have avoided this company at all cost!!
