Don’t buy from this company no customer support
Don’t buy from this company they mislead the size of the pet bed and they do not respond to request for returning the product. I ordered large, the bed I got is 4 inches smaller than advertised.. I have sent 6 emails with pictures to support my issue and I have received no support to return the product. Terrible customer service.

Cheap, Tacky Products from China
China based company moonlighting as a UK company. Waited 3 weeks for delivery of a sofa cover. Cheap tacky material , don’t waste your money … poor product!!

Man erhält das Paket nicht.
Man erhält das Paket nicht. Geld ist trotz Paypal weg, denn es werden falsche Tracking Daten der Pakete angegeben, so dass es aussieht, wie ausgeliefert. Adressen werden dabei nicht geprüft.

COMPLETE scam company. Stay away! I ordered two identical couch covers. They came in two different sizes. I reported the problem immediately with a picture. They got back to me over a week later asking for pictures with visible measuring implements illustrating the exact differences. This was ludicrous because it was completely obvious from the original picture I sent, but I did as requested. The next reply from them came over a week later with a “thank you for the pictures!” reply and zero information as to what they would do about it. When I questioned that, I was given another ridiculous reply (many days later) that they’re “looking into it”. It’s been almost two months since I received this cheap awful product. I doubt I’ll ever get any resolution. Oh! And I wrote a review on their website that isn’t published. It was a one star review detailing my experience, and it just magically disappeared. The “lowest” review on their website is a four star, which is clearly made up garbage. This company should be shut down!

Terrible wish I had read this first
Terrible wish I had read this first Received coat but dog hates it - after 10 emails requesting return finally replied wanting photos . Sent photos - nothing emailed again ? All I want is confirmation to return and an address. I’m now nervous if I do ever get that far if they will refund anyway as won’t respond despite following all their instructions?

please please please do not order from this company
please do not order from this company. Ordered a dog bed for our rescue dog, when he arrived we realised he was bigger than we thought, it didn't fit him. we emailed them within the returns period and heard nothing back. chased and heard nothing back numerous times until I threatened to report them. Then we heard back with an address to send the return to. Return sent months ago, still no refund and no response from the email address once again.

Finger weg, nur Betrug
Die Lieferzeit war viel länger als angegeben und die beiden Produkte, die ich bestellt habe, sind nicht maßgetreu. Da sie absolut nicht passen, versuche ich seit 2-3 Wochen die Artikel zurückzuschicken. Leider vergeblich.. keine Antwort auf meine 3 E-Mails. Bestellt dort bitte nicht, gibt nur ärger. Mein Geld werde ich vermutlich nie wieder sehen..

Hallo , Warum habe ich dort nur bestellt 🙈🙈 Es geht schon los Versand 3-4 Tage !! schreibt doch gleich die Wahrheit 14 Tage ich hasse diesen Mist hier in Deutschland bestellt und in China wird das ganze in eine Folie gepresst und ab nach Deutschland . hier schnell ein neues Label drauf und ab zum Empfänger . Retour nicht möglich da auf nichts geantwortet wird Ich kann nur sagen Hände weg
