Retoure funktioniert nicht
Hallo, leider kann ich FunnyFuzzy nicht empfehlen. Die Lieferung hat extrem lange gedauert. Das Hundebett hat zwar eine gute Qualität, ist für unseren Hund allerdings nicht passend. Man muss die Retoure per Mail beantragen. Diese Mail wurde allerdings ignoriert.

Awful product
Awful product. Material on outside of the bed split so easily. And foam inside is really poor quality. Do not waste your time. Should not be allowed to sell such poor quality products.

Schwer enttäuschend! Die Masse stimmen nicht die Qualität ist das allerletzte! Am liebsten würd ich minus Sterne abgeben! Nachfrage bekommt man gar keine Rückmeldung! Absolute Warnung vor diesem Mist - Bitte kauft das Zeug nicht!!!!!

Le site est une pure arnaque je…
Le site est une pure arnaque je déconseille. Toujours aucune nouvelle de ma commande impossible d'avoir un suivis de mon colis après 15 jours d'attente je demande le remboursement hélas personne ne répond ils sont juste bon a encaisser. Heureusement que mon frère est avocat dans les droits communs maintenant c'est la justice qui est saisie.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Product was cheap quality that wasn’t the size they claimed. Refused to take return. Refuse to answer email requests.

Their address for returns is Funny Fuzzy, JL Fashion Express Ltd. Thorncliffe Business Estate, Newton Chambers Road, Chapletown, Sheffield, South Yorkshire, S35 2PH Don't forget to add your name and order number to a note inside (I put mine on the outside too) and take a load of pictures for proof. I also used yodel and put their "customer service" email in for yodel to send them tracking details. It's been a nightmare trying to get their return address as I'm sure you have all experienced.
