What a con
What a con, wish I’d read the reviews on here before I ordered. Am trying to get a refund for a bed that is way smaller than I ordered , have emailed every day since it arrived 5 days ago , but still no response. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

Auf Rücksendewunsch antwortet niemand
Ich habe eine Hundehöhle bestellt, die auch sehr schnell angekommen ist. Leider ist die Qualität für diesen Preis überhaupt nicht angemessen und zeigt auch Qualitätsmängel auf. Ich habe E-Mails geschrieben und versucht eine Rücksendung zu beantragen, Leider hat sich niemand darauf gemeldet. Ich hoffe sehr, dass ich noch eine Nachricht bekomme, werde dann eine neue Bewertung abgeben.

Interestingly, there is no such company with the name FUNNYFUZZY HK CO., LTD on the Companies House database nor a company with the reg no 3321932. Both these details are listed on Funny Fuzzy's website. However, there is a FUNNYFUZZY UK CO., LTD listed with co reg no 13336978. This company has asked for strike off action to be suspended. This company lists both directors as being Chinese and based in China. They are Chen Hang and Chen Fengzuo.

Not even sure they deserve 1 star
Not even sure they deserve 1 star. total waste of money and scam. I bough raincoat for my dog. Took weeks to arrive and didnt fit. Supposedly have a 30 day guarantee - what a joke. Since my request (which was the same day the coat arrived here) then have stalled me with bullshit excuses about needing photos or offering a ridiculous 20% refund without needing to return it. Still they will not give me the address or process the return label so I can send it back. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF.

Do not buy from this company. SCAMMERS!!!!!!
Do not buy from this company. They are scammers. They don’t honour their refund policy and they block and delete all of your comments. They take days to reply to emails and their phone number is fake. This company should be shut down. Several emails exchanged but they refuse to accept their product is defective and continue to just regurgitate the same email which solves nothing. I WANT A FULL REFUND BEFORE I TAKE LEGAL ACTION. Order number is FF345146S. Just give me my money back and let me move on with my life. You charge so much and take advantage of people, you’re a disgrace of a company. Negative 10 stars! All their good reviews are fake.

Customer Service is Awful and Never Responded
Ordered a dog bed for $70. They sent the wrong size. I tried contacting them on multiple occasions to discuss an exchange and they have never responded. Would never recommend to anyone.

Verzweifeltes Warten...
Leider habe ich diese Bewertungen hier erst jetzt gefunden. Ich habe 2 Hundebetten vor mehr als 2 Wochen bestellt und trotz Lieferversprechen von 4 Tagen nichts bekommen. Auf meine Nachrichten habe ich auch noch keine Antworten erhalten. Ich werde berichten.

Achtung SCAM. Super schlechtes Hundebett. Kaum gefüllt, schlecht verarbeitet. Kein Liegekomfort vorhanden. Bitte fallt nicht auf die tolle Werbung rein. Es handelt sich einfach um billige, teuer verkaufte China Ware.
