These are the most horrible dog beds
Not worth a star. These are the most horrible dog beds, literally a piece of foam in fabric. Colours are not as advertised. terrible. Ordered 2 beds 1st arrived after 2.5 weeks. The second I received delivery notifications but no delivery. Took them days to reply to my emails and 4 week later it arrived different colour to what I ordered. By this time it’s obviously a scam company.

Avoid! Terrible Company to Get A Refund From
Avoid this bunch of rip-off artists! Ordered an item that when arrived was the wrong size. To return had to pay the postage but only after a series of emails asking if I'd settled for 10%, 20%, 30% or 40% refund and keep the goods that were of no use to me. Then asked that the return be in the original packing but that had been damaged in opening so put all inside another bag. Based on experience to date am almost 100% sure that they will use this as an excuse not to refund! This all rang alarm bells. Once the item was posted was constantly pestered for tracking details even though I sent all receipts. Now I expect 'a we haven't got it so no refund' in the next few days! 100% believe that will have to get a refund from my CC Company!

Disputed Charge with Credit Card Company - Incorrect Size Sent
Welp, looks like I am one of many with this issue. I ordered a product, was shipped the wrong size, and the attempts to have this returned at no expense to me has been painstaking. If it were a matter of wrong size ordered or quality sure I'd pay a return shipping rate, but sending an XXL rather than a M and expecting me to pay for it. Not on your life. I disputed the charge with my credit card company, usually TD is pretty good at investigating/ returning my money. My suggestion for anyone dealing with this company is to go straight to your card company/ pay pal and dispute.

FR17871 A fuir une véritable arnaque. J’ai passé une commande, j’ai bien reçu le mail de confirmation et bien sûr j’ai bien été débitée. En me connectant je n’ai aucune commande en cours et après 10 mails et une réponse tordue je n’ai toujours pas reçu ma commande. Ce site est une énorme ARNAQUE mais je ne vais pas en rester la, mon mari est avocat et juste pour le principe ça ira très loin.

Finger weg!!!
Finger weg!!! Habe leider zu spät die Bewertungen gesehen. Der Fall geht jetzt über PAyPal und ich hoffe ich erhalte noch was von meinem Geld zurück. Das orthopädische Hundebett war total dünn und hat nichts mit der Beschreibung auf der Hompage zu tun. Eine Anfrage bezüglich der Retoure blieb unbeantwortet.

Atendimento ao cliente é pessimo! Fiz a compra e horas após a compra informei que o endereço de entrega estava errado! Pedi ajuda. Após 5 dias me responderam “ Ao verificarmos que a sua encomenda foi enviada e uma vez que as encomendas são enviadas, as limitações do nosso sistema impedem-nos de efetuar alterações ou atualizar o seu endereço.“ Ou seja, atendimento ao cliente foi horrível! Telefone não existe, e-mail demoraram 5 dias para responder e vê que nenhum esforço foi feito!
