I ordered a dog bed for 115€ with shipment to Germany. 5 minutes after placing the order, I asked them by email to cancel t because I noticed that I ordered the wrong size. No response. By now the order was delivered and I sent FunnyFuzzy 5 more emails requesting the return label (as free return was stated on their website). No response. I have not opened the package because it is vacuum packed and I don’t want to risk having to pay extra for the return because the dog bed needs a much larger packaging. It is very frustrating and I would like to press charges against this company but there is no address information anywhere to be found. I appreciate any information from other users on how to reach them. Let’s do a class action against this scam company!

I received the dog stairs, they somehow changed the color I ordered on my order to brown when I ordered gray and sent me brown. The quality is so bad, I cannot see any dog climbing on it without it collapsing. I tried to email them to no avail, it was kicked back as no such company. Tomorrow morning I am contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges. I am holding onto it in its original package as to send it back if they pay for the return. Item is DEFINITELY NOT AS DESCRIBED PLUS WAY OVERPRICED. I paid 68.16 for garbage that’s not even worth buying for 5.00

Auch ich sage FINGER WEG‼️ Das ist ein FAKE Shop. Wollte das Hunde Bett zurück schicken, aber sie antworten nicht auf Emails. Meine Nichte hatte es für mich bestellt. Jetzt hab ich diesen Schrott für viel Geld hier liegen ‼️So macht sich der Shop die Taschen voll,mit billig Ware aus China

Das Hundebett enspricht nicht der Beschreibung. Für den Preis habe ich etwas besseres erwartet. Die Liegefläche ist sehr klein, obwohl wir nur einen kleinen Hund haben, passt er da nicht wirklich drauf. Auf Rücksendungswunsch wird leider per Email nicht geantwortet. Habe schon zwei mal hingeschrieben. Es wird einfach ignoriert. Werde noch ein paar Tage abwarten, ansonsten melde ich ein Problem bei Paypal.

Die Bestellung ließ sich nicht stornieren, die Zahlung über Paypal war noch nicht abgeschlossen, wurde aber im Einzugsverfahren abgewickelt. Kontaktaufnahme über die angegebene E-Mail-Adresse blieb wiederholt unbeantwortet. Der Vorgang ist nicht sehr vertrauenserweckend

Placed an order on 4th November, and heard nothing since! Have not responded to my email querying my order, despite having taken the payment on the 4th. Would definitely not recommend this company. Wish I had checked reviews before as they all seem to have the same complaints!

Absolutely appalling customer service. I purchased a lead some years ago which I was very happy with and wanted a replacement. The item sent was not as described on the website and did not have the same features. My initial enquiry generated a friendly response asking me to send some photos to which I replied. Following this there was nothing despite further attempts to contact them. I finally resorted to claiming through my back who initially honoured the refund however I had to provide evidence to support it which I did. A while ago I was told that Funny Fuzzy had said that I refused to send it back - I was not asked to send it back nor given any instructions of how or where to send it back to. Today however the money has been taken from my bank account. Absolute scam and don’t be fooled by the co.uk website as the item came directly from China. Would never purchase form this company again.

Très mauvaise expérience, je déconseille d'acheter sur ce site ! J'ai commandé un premier produit qui ne convenait pas, j'ai souhaité le renvoyer mais le service client est très lent et fait traîner la procédure sur plusieurs semaines en demandant photos, puis en demandant de refuser la livraison du colis (alors que j'ai déjà le colis en ma possession), puis me propose un remboursement de 20%, puis 40%, etc... Aujourd'hui j'ai encore le colis en ma possession et je n'ai aucune idée de la procédure à suivre pour le renvoyer et me faire rembourser. En parallèle, j'ai souhaité racheter un autre produit pour profiter d'une promotion, mais je me suis trompé de couleur. J'ai souhaité annuler la commande mais il n'y a aucun moyen de le faire automatiquement, il faut leur envoyer un mail. Le temps qu'ils me répondent le colis était déjà en transit, et ils me proposent de refuser le colis lors de la livraison (sauf que c'est une livraison en boite aux lettres sans signature). Je pense que je suis reparti pour un deuxième parcours du combattant. On ne sait pas vraiment qui est derrière ce site, l'adresse est londonienne, les colis envoyés depuis la Chine... -- Mise à jour du 18/11 : Je reçois un mail qui m'annonce que je suis remboursé de 40% sans que j'ai validé ! Inadmissible ! -- Mise à jour du 21/11 : J'ai été remboursé de ma seconde commande dont j'ai refusé le colis. À présent j'attends toujours des nouvelles pour ma première commande qui date du 20 octobre.
