Very poor quality products
Very poor quality products, horrible customer service, stay away from this company. They will not refund you if you want to return product.

do not deal with this company
Mat arrived after 4 weeks but was nothing like advertised - just a printed piece of material not a rug. Have contacted the company asking for a refund and have been given the run around for the past 3 weeks. Do not deal with this company - they sell low quality products and will not honor their commitments.

Horrible customer service!
Horrible customer service!! I ordered an x-large dog couch for my 100 lb dog and received a tiny couch with 2 pillows,and no covers. This couch would comfortably be sized for a chihuahua or Yorkie. I have reached out 4 times to this company along with pictures of what was delivered and they had the audacity to offer me a 20% discount on what I received. I was charged $129.00 for this product. I replied 2 days ago that I wanted to return the product and still haven't gotten the information on how return it. This company should be put out of business!

Comically small “large” dog bed
I bought a “large” dog bed that is comically small. My cat will fit in it, I suppose. Complete rip off. No point in returning it as it came from china and its not worth the cost or the carbon emissions, assuming they even accept it back.

This is the WORST company
This is the WORST company. Sent the wrong item and I tried emailing their customer service multiple times with no response. Ended up having to file a dispute with my credit card company. Do not order from them they are a total scam.

Warning!!
This site is not worth any stars from me. I received poor quality rubbish from China not the UK as led to believe and it was not as advertised … only fit for the bin! Not fit for purpose! The guaranteed free gift wasn’t sent either, it was just a lie. They sent me generic email responses when I told them I was dissatisfied with the goods and they didn’t want to refund me. No return labels or addresses were given. Instead, they offered a pathetic 20% refund and told me to keep the goods. I had to raise a dispute via PayPal in the end and won but had to pay return postage so I was still out of pocket. The government needs to concentrate on shutting down scam sites from China preying on the UK, pretending to be UK companies and start protecting the hard earning people of this country!! So angry

I paid for a dog bed but was told the payment didn’t work, I paid again and once again told me it didn’t work.. I looked at my bank and had been charged for two beds. I’ve messaged the company but they’re asking for an order number which I don’t have! Wish I read the reviews previously
