This company is a scam
This company is a scam, they took the money for a product, provided an order number and nothing else. I have tried tracking the order and its states the order does not exist and no reply to any emails sent to them. Update - The company have replied to this review but not to emails, my original comments still stand

Avoid, no shipment, no response from customer service
I ordered a car seat and a bed for my dog 2 weeks ago (#FF33712U) hoping to have arrived for when I take him away on holiday with me in a week’s time. As far as I know this order has not even shipped yet as I’ve had no shipping confirmation. I contacted customer support a week ago and still have not had any update, contacted them again 2 days ago. After I placed the order I had an email saying up to 15 working days before they ship it and then another 10 working days for shipment, which means I’m not likely to receive it until after the holiday I’ve bought it for, however this was not indicated/made clear on their website until after the order was placed and payment made. Given the lack of response from customer service, and the refund policy says to send them a request, I imagine it’s going to be very difficult to return the products when they arrive too late. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered with them, I normally do, now extremely disappointed as likely have just wasted £90!!

Ho ordinato una cuccia di 75 euro per il cane in data gennaio 2026 ordine FF4323IT mai ricevuta e dopo innumerevoli mail ad aprile finalmente dicono che mi rimborseranno oggi siamo al giugno e non ho ricevuto niente ne la cuccia ne il rimborso sono ladri truffatori Mi avete risposto su trustpilot 3 giorni fa che la questione e’ stata risolta come se avessi avuto il rimborso ma ancora una volta non e’ vero non ho avuto nessun rimborso quindi continuate a scrivere eresie siete dei malfattori e anche bugiardi perche’ non e’ possibile che da 6 mesi che aspetto non ho ricevuto Ne la cuccia ne il rimborso Inutile aggiungere che in queste mail che mandate non ci sono ne dettagli ne chiarimenti la verita’ e’ che vi siete rubati da ormai 6 mesi 75 euro e’ inutile che rispondete con risposte vaghe senza dire niente di preciso ormai sono 6 mesi di queste mail vaghe senza avere avuto niente ne la cuccia ne il rimborso Che scrivete che state lavorando sulla questione e’ un ennesimo imbroglio e presa per i fondelli perche’ e’ 1 la cosa da fare : il rimborso immediato di quanto vi siete rubati senza che scrivete cose inutili e che state lavorando a meno che non considerate un lavoro rubare soldi alla gente

Received confirmation of shipment on…
#FF32618U Received confirmation of shipment on 30th May and still not received. Sent numerous emails with no response. No idea how to get in contact or get a refund. And no tracking update on the link they sent me. Very unhappy customer! Would not recommend. Just want the £45 product I’ve paid for

Niet kopen!
Op 5 mei heb ik iets besteld (#FF3419EU). Op 17 mei mailde ik voor meer info omdat ik nog altijd niets had ontvangen. Hier reageerde ze nog op, zogezegd was er een vertraging van mijn bestelling. 12 juni stuurde ik een mail voor een refund. Tot op de dag van vandaag niets meer van hen gehoord! Ik wil mijn geld terug!

Keine Reaktion beim Support
Ich habe am 28. Juni hier ein Hundebett bestellt und bisher keine E-Mail, dass meine Bestellung (#FF46451D)versendet wurde. Mittlerweile habe ich 3 unbeantwortete E-Mails a die deutsche Support Mail geschickt und diese werden weiterhin ignoriert. Wenn ich auch hier keine Reaktion erhalte in den nächsten Tagen, sehe ich mich gezwungen einen Fall beim Verbraucheramt zu melden.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Absolutely enraged by their poor customer experience! They've had my money for nearly a month and still no products been dispatched. Appalling service! Don't even know if I will receive a refund as the company hasn't responded to any of my emails. Dreadful company- DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
