Love the two products: staircase and heating pad. Took more than two months to receive them. Asked for assembly instructions and was given information on tracking instead. Will revise my rating if I get instructions.

Our pup likes the bed but it is Nora’s fluffy as the picture showed. It is not firm and doesn’t hold its shape when our dog lay on the side arms, they just go flat.

Communications need to improve. We had no idea where our package was and very delayed and/or inaccurate information was provided. Product is very good quality. Extremely nice. Thank you.

It took over 3 months to receive our pet beds andihad to send 3 emails asking where they were. The beds them selves our dogs love.

Heb een zogenaamde orthopedisch bedje voor mijn oude hond met artrose gekocht. Dit bedje mag absoluut niet als orthopedisch omschreven worden, is zeer slap! Er staat in de omschrijving dat de hoes eraf gehaald kan worden, niet waar. Er staat ook dat het orthopedisch bedje er uit gehaald kan worden, er zit helemaal geen los bedje in, gewoon polyester vulling en alleen de randen kunnen er uitgehaald worden. Zeer misleidend! Kwaliteit van de stof ziet er wel goed uit, voor dat 3 sterren.

Product was fine, customer service was bad. The time to delivery was unexpectedly many weeks. When I wrote to complain about this, they replied with many platitudes that were no doubt their automatic replies, but were mostly untrue. For example, they're doing everything they can to speed things up (which they can't do once it's on a ship), and they can't refund my money (which they obviously could if they wanted to), etc.

J'ai passé commande le 1er février et aucune nouvelle de ma commande. J'ai besoin urgemment d'un lit pour un chien que je vais accueillir bientôt donc je réclame tout simplement l'annulation de ma commande. Mais je n'ai à ce jour aucun retour non plus. Je ne peux ni me permettre d'attendre ni de dépenser cette somme en double. J'espère avoir un retour positif cet semaine de leur service client

Contact and reply didn't happen. Order took a very long time. 2 months or so. Item had strange packaging and it was hard to open. I'm very happy with the item though.
