Not received my order
Not received my order. Tracking says it has been delivered but it has not. We were at the shipping address all day. Poor information on delivery and no mention of courier who is delivering. I have tried to contact but no reply at all. Cost nearly 100 pounds so very upset.

Scam,Beware Funnyfuzzy,
Ordered and was tracking non slip covers for our new sofa. Yesterday I could see that the items were shown as delivered!!! They certainly weren't delivered. I emailed Funnyfuzzy 3 times but of course there wasn't any reply. Having read previous reviews, I am now convinced this company is a complete SCAM. Do not order from them, keep your money.

Fraudulent sellers
I should have read these reviews before ordering a dog bed. The wrong one was delivered and the quality is very poor. Despite repeated emails and photographs sent they will not send a return label or a refund.

Return Why can’t I return the steps because they are not adequate for my dog They do not do what you say and I have tried to return them with no success I find it impossible to return your product within 30 days I have went to your customer help email and a phone number and left a voice mail twice. If you are on the fence on whether or not it will work for you. Don’t Buy it as there really is no return! You will be stuck with a product that doesn’t work! I have turned it into my credit card

Cheaply made, faulty and dangerous goods
Where can I start. The photos look great However today my order came. The item is incredibly poorly made. Rips in the material, stuffing coming out from the stitching that has already broken, parts unlisted and fraying. Incredibly dangerous for a dog. Please avoid buying from here! No customer services what so ever.

Avoid!!!!
Awful customer service! Purchased a scratch resistant bed cover and it ripped within 2 weeks!!!!! Contacted them immediately and 6 weeks later i still dont have a refund! AVOID!!!!

Desde el lunes 11/11/24 estoy reclamado vía correo electrónico a funnyfuzzy formalizar la devolución de mi pedido FF379954S. Ya he manifestado el motivo de la devolución, las camas son pequeñas para mis galgos. Aunque es obvio que disponéis de toda la información registrada en mi pedido núm.. FF379954S, vuelvo a facilitarla: Modelo: Almohada ortopédica grande, suave y lavable para perros, sofá cama para perros - Snoozy Dream Color: Camel Talla: XL Cantidad: 2 unidades Importe de la compra: 228,85€ Sirva la presente como reclamación formal, dado que a la fecha presente, sigo esperando instrucciones claras sobre cómo formalizar la devolución de los artículos, y dado que los días siguen pasando y su política de devolución es de 30 días. De no recibir respuesta por vuestra parte en un plazo de 48h, me reservo el derecho a emprender cuantas acciones legales estime oportunas para defender mis derechos como comprador. Espero su respuesta.
