FALSE ADVERTIZING!! Do NOT order from them.
I ordered a medium dog bed. Was charged for a large bed. The description of the dog bed I received does NOT match the description of the dog bed you advertise on your website.
The dog bed I received is much smaller than measurements you put on your website for this bed. I would like a refund, or a bed that actually matches the description on your website. The measurements are wrong/ misleading/ false on your website. If you look at the ratings, please pay attention to how may negative and low ratings that FunnyFuzzy has gotten. I WISH I would have read them first before ordering!!!

Enttäuschend….
Nachdem wir fast 3 Wochen auf das orthopädische Hundebett gewartet haben, kam ein kleines kompaktes Plastikpaket an. Auf der Seite ist leider nicht offensichtlich, dass man so lange warten muss.
Leider hat sich diese lange Wartezeit nicht gelohnt. Das Bett raschelt bei jeder Bewegung, das dünne Kissen bleibt nicht an seinem Ort, da es beim Reingehen des Hundes in der Mitte runtergedrückt wird und an den Außenseiten entsprechend hochgeht und sich verschiebt und das Kissen trotzdem so dünn ist, dass es unserer Meinung nach nicht orthopädisch ist. Auf dem Foto sieht das leider ganz anders aus. Wir hatten die Firma zudem mal angeschrieben, da wir eine Frage wegen der Größe hatten. Leider haben wir keine Antwort erhalten. Da hätten schon die Alarmglocken bei uns klingeln sollen….. Service sieht anders aus!
Da es theoretisch kein Problem sein soll, das Hundebett zurückzugeben, haben wir den Support angeschrieben - leider ohne Rückmeldung. Obwohl wir es auch spannend finden, wie wir das Bett in die ursprüngliche Plastikverpackung bekommen sollen. Rücksendungen -wenn die tatsächlich mal klappen sollten- sollen nämlich in der ursprünglichen Verpackung transportiert werden.
Es bleibt abzuwarten, ob sich der Support noch meldet. Aber wenn man die Rezensionen hier liest, dann wohl eher nicht. Dann werden wir versuchen, unser Geld über Paypal zurück zu bekommen.
Wir würden nicht wieder bei dieser Firma bestellen. Die haben bestimmt das eine oder andere Produkt was gut sein könnte. Aber der Service lässt wirklich zu wünschen übrig.

No compréis!! Una estafa total! No tienen vergüenza alguna... Realicé un pedido de una cama ortopédica XXL para mi perra que tiene 13 años y dolores en las articulaciones... La cama no corresponde con las fotos! La calidad es nefasta... Y el colchón viene partido en 4 trozos que no pueden encajarse... Super fino y para nada práctico para lavar... He estado como media hora intentando encajar los trozos pero están mal cortados y el resultado final es un burruño de espuma sin forma alguna... La peor compra de mi vida. He perdido 77 dolares y mi perra se queda sin cama. Huid!!

If I could give a no star or - that would explain it better. The products come from China… they are cheap for a reason. They can’t guarantee a 3-7 delivery since it’s on an international flight. The delivery here in US is not UP or fed ex but an unreliable Chinese delivery service. I guess buyer beware. Not worth it.
