Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company. I got a dog bed for my car. It was not for a medium size dog as advertised…it was the size for a toy breed. I have tried to return the item and they offered 20% refund. Now a 40% refund. They are trying to run the clock out on their return policy. It took 3weeks to even get it. Such BS. They wanted pictures of it, etc. Complete stall tactics. I wish I would’ve read the reviews. I am going to have to dispute this with my credit card co.

DON'T BUT FROM THIS COMPANY. Things don't look as great as on the pictures. Everything looks cheap and is very low quality. When trying to arrange a return and refund, customer service doesn't even reply to you!!!

They have a BBB rating of F. Here are the patterns of problems/complaints made to the BBB. On September 21, 2023, October 5, 2023, and October 19, 2023, BBB attempted to contact Funny Fuzzy regarding patterns of complaints. BBB received complaints alleging Funny Fuzzy is delivering products to their consumers that do not appear to be what is being advertised. There has also been a concern about the quality of the products being delivered. Furthermore, Consumers are not receiving the 14-days policy refund and there has been a lack of response from Funny Fuzzy after the product has been returned. As of November 2, 2023, Funny Fuzzy has not responded to BBB regarding the pattern of complaints. BBB has concer ns about such business' practices and urges consumers to use caution based on their complaint activity and lack of responsiveness. They are currently jerking me around about trying to return/exchange a dog bed. They could improve by really backing up their products and provide reasonable requirements for returning/exchanging an item. They attempt to run out the clock on their return policy. They don't provide the address for returns in a timely manner.

Bought 2 beds
Bought 2 beds. First arrived in good shape. Second a 3xl arrived with frayed material ripping from seam. Have emailed customer service 3 times for new cover or how to send back. No response. Don’t buy!!! Too expensive for quality of bed. Thought I was getting good beds

Awful service
Awful service. No item received, then wrong item received. No information on how to return wrong item. No refund. I am taking this further and have contacted my bank. Do not use this company.

Horrible quality dog bed
Horrible quality dog bed. Its about 25% as thick as it shows in pictures and provides zero support. Its also much smaller. I ordered 2x and my golden retriever barely fits on it. Scam! Also I've emailed about 20 times with zero response. Order Number FF451393S.
