Just received my order including a…
Just received my order including a Travel Protection Booster Waterproof Elevated Thickened Dog Car Seat - don't bother with this item. Sides are floppy, no support to hold puppy in, fabric is not waterproof (maybe repellant); Thickened by having 2x very soft filling pillows! NOT worth the $'s & I got it on sale. Photo of item on website looks very different to the reality & usefulness. Might as well pile a few towels on back seat for the dog - same effect only cheaper. Will be donating to Lifeline in the hope they can sell it on.

Terrible terrible
Terrible terrible. Expensive piece of poorly made dog bed. The large size could not fit my medium size bed and it sits awkwardly in the car. To return thi is like flying to Mars...I have to use PayPal to interven because obviously they ghost you. Even with PayPal intervening they are pulling all manner of excuses...AVOID

They are scammers.
They are scammers. Item arrived, but its completely different color than picture on the website. I tried to send it back for refund. No such luck. they don't reply to emails and I have gut feeling I will have to say goodbye to my $45 Complete garbage. Don't waist your money here.

Hi Masha, We’re really sorry to hear about the hassle with the return process. We completely understand how frustrating that can be. Due to some unforeseen technical restrictions, we were unable to respond to your review promptly. We also understand how disappointing it can be when the product color doesn’t match expectations. Color perception can vary depending on device settings, screen resolution, and lighting conditions, which can sometimes lead to differences in appearance. We’ve been trying to find your order, but it seems to be playing a game of hide-and-seek! To help us find it and assist you better, we’ve sent a request asking for your order number via Trustpilot.

Scammers !!!
Placed my order, after reading the order confirmation the wrong colour was on it … even though I ordered grey it was showing white . So I emailed the company they said just refuse them and the post man will return them back to us .. so I done that and emailed them when I knew they got my order back… I have emailed 3 times requesting my £92 refund but I get no reply … why do these people get away with this … it’s a bit unfair 🥲

Sizing is way off
Purchased a bed using their size guide, what a joke what they think is a XL is actually a small. My dog (Labrador) is half on half off the bed which is supposed to be his size. He would need the 3XL to be fully on the bed as the 2XL is only 10cm bigger all round.
