AWFUL! TERRIBLE! LIARS!
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I was MIS SOLD an Orthopedic bed that was NOT Orthopedic. They send it shrink wrapped so you cannot return it in the original packaging. It has absolutely no support and I paid over £100 for it. Now I have a bed I cannot use and I cannot afford to pay for another bed for my Dog. They are absolutely an disgusting company who don't care AT ALL about their customers. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!!!!!!

I placed an order on the 4th December, thinking this would be plenty of time for a Christmas delivery.
Still no sign of the order nor a reply when I've contacted them to chase it up.

In summary: Fraudulent sales, mail fraud, U.S. Customs and U.S. criminal violations, civil liabilities.
This company does not respond to even multiple customer support requests for assistance and complains. They use shippers of dubious quality, and those shippers use couriers, one in particular UniUni which delivered all three of my packages on different dates to the wrong address. The first two were in my neighborhood and picked up off someone’s porch by my mailman whom some of us know personally he’s been around so long, and brought to my house. The third package never arrived. The courier left it someplace is not even located in this area which includes my large inner city neighborhood and several large surrounding neighborhoods. He probably opened it and seeing it would make a nice Christmas gift, didn’t tape this one back up in a plastic wrapper and instead dropped it off at his own apartment. The idiot took a photo which shows a completely different street number even, and clearly wasn’t for a house but a duplex or something. Who knows if it was actually left there, or just a random photo because he kept it for himself. I’ve contacted all four businesses, including FunnyFuzzy and got no response or they refused to accept accountability for this gross error, which tells you kind of criminals FunnyFuzzy does business with. They don’t care about you. It’s been two weeks now or almost daily emails to the criminals employed by this Chinese company, FunnyFuzzy, with photos, pdfs, all caps, nice requests and ones containing threats to rip them a new one because I was career government auditor who specialized in fraud examination and investigations, which means I know exactly who the hell I need to contact at the federal government to make it so they can’t get a single toe in the door or ever sell fraudulently in this country again, and believe me when I say they will absolutely regret not doing even the bare minimum of what is expected of a business in this country when you give them money. No response. Nothing. And I also paid them for shipping insurance from them. Most people would say don’t buy it. It’s pointless. But I say if you ignore all these one star reviews, and do business with these crooks, buy the shipping insurance. You may never get anything you ordered from them, but now you can sue them in civil court and not just run their company up the criminal court flagpole. Two weeks. No package. No response. Nothing. I will personally hand them their *sses back to them in a sling.

Products are of poor quality and there is no customer service number to call. I have emailed the company several times with no response. I cannot return the items I ordered and am now out $250. Not ok!!! I do not recommend doing business with this company they are a scam.
Update 4/15/25: I have had numerous emails with this company and they still have not provided me a refund. They claim to have lost my order number - which has been provided numerous times. Additionally, they keep requesting I send photos of the product and evidence of having returned the product. - I’ve done that several times too. Funny Fuzzy is a total scam. They have no interest in providing a refund. Do not do business with this company.

Ich würde hier nie wieder bestellen, kundenorientiert geht anders.

Scammers! Bought a raincoat for my dog, measured my dog and he was inbetween a medium and large so I opted for the large. However, the large is too small as the site measurements are completely wrong. I have emailed to facilitate a return and they just ignore. When they finally responded it was a generic reply with no relevance to my request to return. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
