Zero after sales service
Zero after sales service. No reply to emails. Impossible to change product or return for a refund. All shipped directly China. No UK customer support presence.

Leider kann ich die zahlreichen negativen Bewertungen bestätigen. Beim Auspacken des Produktes habe ich festgestellt, dass es defekt ist. Also ein Foto gemacht, die Firma auf Englisch per Mail kontaktiert (sämtliche Kommunikation zuvor war nunmal auf Englisch) und um einen Retourenschein gebeten. Es folgte keine Reaktion. Als nächsten Schritt über die Seite des Herstellers das Kontaktformular aufgerufen und mein Anliegen auf Deutsch wiederholt. Keine Reaktion. Der nächste Schritt war eine negative Bewertung auf der Seite der Firma zu schreiben, worauf ich eine englische Mail bekam, mit dem Angebot, mir 20% zu erstatten. Ich müsse mich aber schnell entscheiden, da das Angebot „time-sensitive“ sei. Ich bat erneut um einen Retourenschein und verwies auf die AGBs, die besagen, dass die Kosten für eine Retoure im Falle eines Qualitätsmangels übernommen werden. Aber… keine Reaktion. Ich habe das jetzt an Paypal weitergegeben, meine Erfahrungen sind diesbezüglich aber durchwachsen. Ich kann wirklich nur davon abraten, etwas bei diesem Händler zu erwerben. Leider habe ich die zahlreichen negativen Bewertungen erst mach der Bestellung gelesen.

Finger weg Chinaware ohne Rücksendung. Die Website ist Fake und Bewertungen auf der Seite auch. Kein Impressum oder sonst irgendwelche Firmendaten. Support Mail Adresse aus AGBs ebenso Fake. Kontaktformular läuft scheinbar ins leere.

BUYER BEWARE We ordered a harness with matching…
We ordered a harness with matching leash and an extra large dog bed that said a lab could fit on. The harness came with no leash. I contacted Funny Fuzzy requesting the leash, only to get an email 2 weeks later wanting me to send them a picture of the packaging to see if they could tell what happened. I responded telling them that we did not have it and they requested it again. Not responding to a word I said. Just the same reply about taking a picture of the packaging. Then the dog bed arrived in a vacuum sealed bag. We didn’t open it because it would be easier to transport. My grandson opened it when he got home and it was a perfect fit their miniature sheltie. If anyone takes time to read the reviews for this company they would not buy from them. (Emails available) I wish we had read the reviews before we purchased from them.

TERRIBLE products, TERRIBLE company.
Ordered a bed for our dog, got the bed and it looked no where near as thick and was filled with cheap filling that compressed under light wait from my hand. Didn't match the description of the product either. Wrote several emails to them trying to return it, as it was $280... For a bed I wouldn't have paid $50 for, honestly. The product was that terrible. They responded once with a very generic response and didn't even acknowledge that we wanted to return it. On their website it says to email them for return instructions. Sent several emails after that within the limit of return and got no response. We had to dispute the transaction through our credit card company which Funny Fuzzy turned into a nightmare, saying that we never sent the product back so we can't get a refund. Luckily we have all the emails and lack of responses as proof. If I could give them no stars I would.

REFUSE TO REFUND
The product is not what was advertised. Poor quality and not as described. I have sent multiple emails to return the product for a refund and they have stopped responding and fail to provide any return information at all. They are a SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
