Should've researched before making a purchase. I bought a dog bed, extra cover and toys on December 17, finally received on January 7th. It came rolled up in a plastic bag covered with tape straight from China. The bed was not as pictured, it was flat and the sides didn't stand up as pictured. What I received was more like a $30 dog bed, not $130. I tried to start a return, received an offer of 20% off, repeated I wanted to return, after a couple days got another offer of 40% off. After reading reviews, I see now I'm going to have an uphill battle. On top of it all, they expect the customer to pay for return shipping (to China) then trust them to refund the shipping fee once they receive the return. So I'm supposed to throw good money after bad? This is their 30 day money back guarantee! My advice, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Update, my final email to them requesting return information was January 17, 2025. THEY NEVER RESPONDED! Now, April 9th, over 3 months later (and well beyond the return window), they email me about my review! Ridiculous!
