DO NOT BUY Believe me, trust all these reviews I wish I seen them before ordering. Ordered a bed back in November, been trying to get a refund ever since! To be honest I thought the bed would be worse quality than it is after the reviews (it’s still crap for £50) but was expecting worse. But the size advertised is wrong so my dog don’t even fit on the bed. After back and forward emails for around 6 weeks now. They’re saying the bed is correct size and it was compressed in transit. I said the beds been sat there 6 weeks it’s not got bigger! False advertising

Please Do Not Order from this company. They sell poor quality products. I returned mine to an address in Sheffield that they gave of a Fashion Company. My proof of delivery shown approximately 20 packages left outside the door. Zero communication, zero refund and zero for anything to do with this company

These people are a scam. I want to do a return, and they never respond to my email or tell me how to send it back. BUYER BEWARE. Don't waste your money.

I should have read the reviews before ordering. Item took forever to arrive. When it did, it was not like photos. When asked to return, it took about 5 emails to be provided with the return address. Now even though Royal Mail delivered the parcel they are ignoring my emails to check what happened with the refund. AVOID AVOID

I wish I could give these guys 0 they have been the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They never sent my order out after claiming to do it multiple times. It's been months of going back and forth and being promised to be sent my product and still nothing. Their customer service is a joke and seems like I'm just talking to a robot each time. NEVER buy from them. Poor excuse for a company.

I ordered from this company and after I hit submit, it changed my order, it’s charging another person‘s credit card and they will not respond to any email sent. They have no phone number because they are located in Singapore. They have an office in New York supposedly but there’s no phone number or mailing address or email address to that location. They’ve now sent me shipping information when in fact I canceled this over and over and over again within five seconds of getting a confirmation of the order because it was wrong, and they are charging a second person, who does not live in this household, who we are not related to, who we hardly know, with the bill. We are going to stop payment on it through the credit card company, but you need to get these people out of the United States because they are scammers, cheaters and liars. I will never pay for this. I will never order from them again and I’ve done everything I know how to do. Google will not let me write a review. I’ve gone to every Facebook post they have and reported it as a scam. They need to be stopped. They do not answer their emails, which is the only mode of communication they provide. They do not look at it or respond to it. They are crooks and they need to be stopped.

Je tiens à partager mon expérience avec FunnyFuzzy pour prévenir d’autres clients potentiels. En novembre, j’ai commandé un panier pour mon chien. Malheureusement, l’article reçu n’était pas de la bonne taille, ce qui peut arriver. Mais c’est là que mes véritables problèmes ont commencé. Pour effectuer un retour, leur site indique simplement de les contacter par mail. Je m’exécute, pensant que le processus serait rapide et simple. Quelle naïveté ! Depuis, cela fait deux mois que je suis baladée d’un mail à l’autre. À chaque fois, ils me proposent un rabais dérisoire ou un remboursement partiel, bien que j’aie clairement et dès le départ demandé un retour complet et un remboursement total. Malgré mes relances répétées, ils ne font que gagner du temps, m’assurant qu’ils « traiteront ma demande » sans jamais donner de réponse concrète. Leurs réponses semblent standardisées, et ils n’ont jamais pris au sérieux ma demande initiale. Ce comportement est non seulement malhonnête mais également irrespectueux envers leurs clients. Je leur ai laissé plusieurs occasions de résoudre ce problème simplement, mais ils ont choisi de traîner en longueur, probablement en espérant que j’abandonne. Je déconseille vivement FunnyFuzzy à quiconque recherche un service client fiable et honnête. Mon expérience a été frustrante, et je ne souhaite à personne de devoir passer par un tel calvaire pour un simple retour.
