If you have interest in a quality product, and sincere customer service, don't even consider a purchase from this company. Their return policy is non-existent. They put you through a runaround with the assumption that eventually you'll give up and go away. Because I don't have time to pursue integrity from a company that clearly has none, that's exactly what I did. The item is in the trash, I'm out $155. Lesson learned. Do not make a purchase from this company.

Never will I ever order from this company again. I received a defective stained damaged Mat and instead of refunding my money they gave me a 20 percent refund. I am so frustrated and it cannot be used the way it is. Please do not mage the sane mistake I made by trusting them to deliver goods as promised even with a stated refund policy, they did but honor it.

🫠I recently purchased a dog stepstool (pictured) from funny_fuzzy, received the package and found it was made of cardboard, with fabric stitched to it. My 60 lb dog cannot use it as it collapses at the touch. I paid $106 US. I contacted funny_fuzzy 3 days ago and received no reply. For $106, I expected something sturdy, not cardboard. Now I have to contact my CC co. And file a complaint. Has anyone else purchased from them? Are you satisfied with their service. Not me.

Horrendous and a total scam. I am absolutely furious. The items aren’t especially cheap so I had high hopes, that parcel was a week late, the item is horrendous quality, it is much smaller than titled, when I have said I want to return it they are offering me 10%, 40% refund and not sending me ANY option to return. They are a scam website hoping that you won’t want to return because they make it so difficult. I want every penny back so I can give to a small business not some horrendous scam. DO NOT BUY!

UPDATE- after months of lies and ghosting, when I filled a complaint with the BBB, I finally got a refund. My opinion of the company has not changed, I warn everyone from doing business with them. Their reply below is a lie as well; an attempt to say that mine is not a genuine review. They know exactly who I am. That or they just randomly provide refunds to people they can't identify. ORIGINAL REVIEW - Only because you cannot give zero stars. This company is a scam. I ordered one of their pet beds. I kept getting alerts that it had shipped, was on its way. I ordered the bed to the house we were staying at for Christmas. Never came. I complained multiple times. Finally offered a replacement (after I had left the house we were staying at and had no need for the bed) or a refund. Requested the refund. Crickets. I asked about it and was told my issue was being escalated. What issue???? They asked if I wanted a refund and I said yes. Total scam.

This company is such a sham and it’s criminal what they are getting away with. It’s really unfortunate how many companies are getting away with selling bait and switch products The slick advertising and fake Instagram comments get you so excited and then you are delivered something that is subpar. They stay in business by occasionally delivering good products. I ordered an extra large dog bed that could only have accommodated my small 5 pound dog. Also a car seat bed that was poorly made. Customer service is uncooperative and unsupportive

This website is a joke what you order is not what you receive I paid for a large dog bed and when it arrived after 3 weeks it’s tiny and also no cushion came with it as advertised in pictures brutal-quality
