Do a credit card reversal!!! I purchased a couch cover and it bunches up just as bad as a blanket does except it feels like a tarp with a thin clothe cover. I ordered 5 items that match, but I only opened the one to start, didn’t like it and now I’m “attempting” to do a return. I even agreed to keep the opened item. I’ll use it on our boat and at the beach. When going thru the return process, they want pictures. Ok, fine. Now they are drawing this process out so long that it goes beyond their 30 days. Why didn’t I come here first?!!! I rarely order on line, THIS is why!🤬

Li contatto via e-mail dall’indirizzo che loro segnalano per i reclami e mi rispondono che hanno controllato e l’articolo che mi hanno inviato risulta essere quello ordinato nonostante io abbia inviato loro la foto di ciò che ho ricevuto che verifica l’opposto di ciò che dicono. Andrebbe segnalato il sito e chiuso!

Hätt ich davor nur die Bewertungen gecheckt. So ein hin und her wegen Rücksendung gehabt und am Ende wurde ich blockiert. Naja Gottseidank habe ich mit Klarna gezahlt, die konnten das regeln und ich habe mein Geld (nach fast einem Monat) wieder.

Absolute scammers and thieves. It took months for the original delivery and when I returned an it for an exchange in size, I received a confirmation email of the return along with a link to pay for shipping for the replacement. Paid the shipping for the replacement, they are now refusing to send my replacement stating they haven’t received my return and need the tracking info. This was done months ago and I obviously discarded the return receipt when they had confirmed receipt and asked me to pay for shipping of the replacement. Customer service is shocking and this has been going on for MONTHS now. Avoid at all costs!!!

Terrible experience. Product/faulty quality was poor so asked to return the item. they do not provide a return address and you are not “allowed” to return the item without their permission. This resulted in several back and forth emails where they first asked for proof that there was poor workmanship/a fault (not needed as I was in the 30 day time limit for returning an item even if it were perfect) and then offered me 20% and 40% off. They repeatedly ignored my requests for the return address. I first requested the address to return the parcel on 17/12/24 and they finally agreed to share the return address on 2/1/25. They also take several days to respond to an email. Once I did have the return address, they made it clear they wouldn’t refund the postage, despite the product being faulty. I sent it back anyway as I didn’t want to waste time but made it clear this was illegal. They always skirted the topic when I raised it them. Took a long time to acknowledge return of the product and to top it all off they refused to refund me anyway because I told them I didn’t want to cancel the dispute I had opened through my card processor Amex because there was no guarantee they would refund me! It’s now with the disputes team at Amex. FunnyFyzzzy is a cowboy operation. STAY AWAY

How is this company still trading?? They are scammers, avoid at all costs. I ordered dog coats, took 2 weeks to deliver, I cancelled in between this time which they ignored. Now they are avoiding return. Someone needs to investigate them based on their negative experiences/reviews on various sites.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!! Scammers they send the wrong item, then tell you to pay to return. Even though you paid for delivery. This is actually against online shopping rules. They will not allow me to return without paying. I bought a small dog coat, they sent 2XL. Never using them again.. disgusting

Far from playing any games! How can you not find me, I promised that this was going to be the outcome and here we are. You have scammed me and I will make it publicly known. I should’ve reviewed the other reviews before purchasing from you!! Absolutely pathetic!!! Please do not purchase anything from this company it’s a complete scam!! They charge you an arm and a leg and ship what they want to full fill the order. They have the worst customer service ever! It’s already 5 months I’m waiting for a 25% discount on my order cause they shipped the wrong bed. Their mistake, but they want nothing to do with you afterwards. Trust me do not purchase anything from these Scammers! I paid over $120 USD, for a big dog bed and got the smallest bed. They will not take accountability. Ask you to return at your expense and then never issue a credit. I refused to ship at my expense cause shipping is expensive and so they settled in a refund of $24.22 USD!!! Imagine I’m still waiting!!! Are you kidding me?? STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!
