Return address for funny fuzz Ordered a dog car seat it didn’t come the right size so asked for a return and it’s been a nightmare dealing with them. I sent them the first email on the 14th of December it took 24 days for them just to give me a return address, I’ve sent it there at my own cost and it arrived there 11 days ago and dispute my emailed it’s the generic thank you for being patient email reply each time. I’ve given them 5 working days before I start reporting to trading standards. Does anyone have the returns address for this company please? They have sent a faulty item and only offered an 20% refund to make it right without the need for returning the item. Despite offering a 30 day money back guarantee! Why would I want to keep a faulty item and pay 80% for it!!! They are now ignoring my emails.

To start, the product itself is fantastic I'll give credit where it's due. My issue, which has been ongoing since Dec 9th is the company's customer service seems to be non existent. I paid for express shipping and my package barely arrived within standard shipping times. Not a single attempt to contact or update me on my order's whereabouts where made by the company. So I opened a ticket on their website to ask for the shipping fee back. It went unanswered. I emailed their support email a few weeks later and since then have been run around with emails that seemingly are copy and pasted from training modules or are to some degree AI generated as they fail in their entirety to address my issues. These company emails also take a week or longer to get back to me and it has been immensely frustrating to keep receiving the same email over and over while no progress is being made nor is my issue even being understood. I have also since changed and requested a full refund due to the lack of service. It has been like pulling teeth.

I ordered a waterproof blanket on 12/22/24, paying $15.99 for expedited shipping. Today is 1/24/25, no blanket yet. Customer Service is terrible. They reply thanking you for patience and understanding. I’m well beyond that. Clicking the link to track tells me expected deliver will be in 25 days from Mainland China. UPDATE: today is now 4/12, FunnyFuzzy just advised, again, that my order is lost..no kidding!! This has been a back and forth since January. My credit card company has refunded me as FunnyFuzzy would not. You’re warned, DO NOT DEAL WITH FUNNY FUZZY.

So far, I’m very concerned! Amazon carries the funny fuzzy dog car seats and some of them are pretty darn good. But then when I look at the actual ratings, it’s free product that’s been added by the Amazon vine program. I’m trying to track my package directly from the email and can’t get to the tracking site without a safety warning coming up? Then I look at the shipping company Yun Express, and that too is bad on Trust Pilot 😭. So does that mean I will never receive my dog car seats?? I have pictures and emails, and each email has a different tracking number, which I do find Odd. I can type in Yun Express directly in my search bar, and put in one of the tracking numbers and they all go to the same thing, showing that the packages were shipped and that they’re on their way. But they don’t show where they were shipped from or where they’re shipping to. It’s just like a generic shipping page. I will come back and update my experience if there is an update.

Do not order anything from this company. I ordered some dog stairs and they didn’t end up working and I’ve been trying to return the product for over seven weeks now the company fails to respond to my emails and calls and when they finally approved my return I’ve been trying to get the mailing address For six weeks and they’ve been unable to email me with the return mailing address. I’ve had to turn this over to my credit card company to handle

I ordered a car travel bolster for my dog from fuzzy funny. They sent me the wrong color item that I did not order. They hassle me with multiple emails, not giving me a shipping address to return it. I had to pay $46 to ship it back to them Before they would refund me $85 so I basically lost money since they sent me the wrong item and I was not happy with the quality. It was terrible not as pictured I recommend never ordering from fuzzy funny it is a total scam!
