Don't trust this company
Don't trust this company. I never received my order. Which i had to pay a protection fee to ensure delivery. When I didn't get it, I reached out to their customer service 7 times. I kept being pushed back with no assistance. I had to contact PayPal and open a dispute in order for a response from the company. Whom claimed they'd refund my account if I closed the PayPal dispute. I'm waiting for refund. If I don't receive it, I'll reach out again to PayPal, the better business bureau and attorney general if necessary.

Don’t waste your time or your money
Don’t waste your time or your money . Items never get posted and customer service doesn’t bother to reply . I made an order on the 12th January .. nothing been posted and no response from customer service team . Having to lodge a claim through my bank . Wish I had of read reviews before purchasing with them . Scam. Company

Absolute rubbish

After two plus months, still waiting for my refund
I returned an item in December, 2024, asking for a refund of $76.34. After multiple emails from Funny Fuzzy saying they are looking into the matter, I still have not received a refund. A complaint has been lodged with the Better Business Bureau.

ACHTUNG
Bitte bestellt dort nichts! Absolute Betrüger mit einer widerlichen Hinhaltetaktik, unverschämt und nicht kundenorientiert! Ware ist auch China und stinkt so wahnsinnig nach Chemie. Einen Rückgabeprozess gibt es nicht, auch wenn es in den AGBs verzeichnet ist. Es gibt Mailaustausch mit Hinhalten und nicht lösungsorientiert. Die qualitativ mangelhafte Ware wird nicht zurückgenommen.

Funny fuzzy a éviter de toute urgence
Super déçu par funny fuzzy j'ai commandé un couchage pour mon chien taille xxl j'ai reçu une taille l j'ai envoyé toutes les informations ils m'ont proposé de le garder et ils me remboursent 20% j'ai beau leur dire que j'ai un dogue argentin et c'est un couchage pour caniche ils ne donnent plus signe de vie je conseille de fuir cette marque je me retrouve avec un produit non utilisé que je vais donner a la spa

Total scam!
Total scam! Have been trying to send back a “canapé lit” for 2 months. Same email everyday requesting photos/ confirmation etc and lots pf blahblahblah! I didn’t check the reviews before ordering so have now just realized what a waste of this has all been. I will be contacting a consumer support group here in France. Totally dishonest company - DO NOT order from them!!! Follow up: For some reason they cannot find my messages to their customer service département. I have sent at least 20 messages, so I very much doubt that they are being honest. Reference number for my order is: ##FR20621 After my review, response received: still the same blahblah about how they really try to do their best to satisfy their customers. I received 39 responses saying the same thing, yet no messages providing a assitance or follow-up about a return. NOTHING JUST THE SAME MESSAGES ! So doń’t believe their response bellw

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, I would never purchase from Funny Fuzzy again. I am extremely disappointed, all I want is a simple exchange and I am not receiving a response with clear directions on how to do that.
