Absolute rubbish bought a bed for our pouch miles 2 small contacted them to return first they wanted pictures of the wrappers then it went to pictures of the bed with a tape measure then they offered 20 per cent back then 40 then I sent it back that was 2 months ago 14 e mails later and no refund keep getting the same auto e mails back don't waste your money and the return address is Sheffield jl fashion no contact number for them either

JL Fashion Express Ltd, Thorncliffe Business Estate, Newton Chambers Rd, Chapeltown, Sheffield, South Yorkshire, S35 2PH, GB FUNNYFUZZY asked me to return my dogs coat to this address. I paid for a signed delivered and now they are ghosting me. This is their warehouse if anyone needs an address. Although I would visit the site rather than send back as now I don’t have the cost and I’m out of pocket even more money. More lies from FUNNYFUZZY. This reply to Trustpilot is to look good for marketing purposes. They have received all my details and have confirmed the refund is being processed however as per usual, this is a lie. No refund has been received. I have chased and chased but I am yet again ignored. Do not buy from this company.

Pet owners! I advise avoiding FunnyFuzzy GB. To date, it’s taken 8 weeks and 9 emails. They still can’t seem to tell me how to return the wrong items they sent so I can get a refund 😡

Terrible company, avoid!! They emailed to ask me if I wanted to cancel and receive a refund as the product was out of stock, so I replied within 10 minutes to say I wanted a refund. No reply and then had an email to say the product was in its way! Rubbish customer service

Absolutely awful!! I received my order 20th January. Poor quality and not worth of money spent. Trying to arrange refund and email communication is very poor! Should have checked the reviews. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Ich kann nicht glauben, dass ich auf so eine Seite hereingefallen bin. Erstmal habe ich 2 Wochen auf die Lieferung gewartet, weil es aus China kam, dann kam es endlich und das hat mich sprachlos und sauer gemacht. Ich habe ein ortholädisches Hundebett bestellt für über 100€ und gekommen ist ein Hundebett mit einem losen Kissen, wo kaum eine Füllung drin ist und der Hund praktisch aiuf dem Boden liegt. Wenn mam es zurück schicken will, muss es in der Originalverpackung sein, das geht aber nicht, da es zusammengerollt war wie ein kleiner Schlafsack und so mit eigener Folie von FunnyFuzzy umwickelt war und mit Klebeband verklebt war, dass ich es nur aufachneiden konnte. Selbst wenn ich ws zurück schicke, bezweifle ich, daß ich mein Geld zurück bekomme. Sonst schaue ich immer nach dem Impressum aber diesmal leider nicht, es gibt keins auf deren Seite. ALSO AN ALLE FINGER WEG VON DIESESM SHOP.

Bett bestellt, dieses kam auch recht zeitig. Dann beim auspacken fest gestellt das es unförmig ist und nicht so prall wie auf den Werbebildern. 72 Stunden gewartet, leider keine Veränderung. Dann das ganze per Email reklamiert. Keine Reaktion. Erst nach mehreren Tagen Standart Hinweis Email das man es entfalten lassen soll. Paypal Käuferschutz eingeschaltet. Mittlerweile ist auch eine Naht kaputt soll aber angeblich Kratzfest sein. WIR WOLLEN UNSER GELD ZURÜCK. DAS IST DREISTER BETRUG.
