Cheap tat
Cheap tat. Terrible materials. Badly made and expensive for what you get. I would steer well clear and don’t believe any of the reviews saying otherwise. They are clearly paid for reviews of 🤖. It’s all coming from China. As previous comments their customer service is shocking. I’m about to get trading standards involved with this company. They need to be closed down immediately

What an absolute joke of a horrendous company.
What an absolute joke of a company. They claim to be uk based but was shipped from china, the amount of times I contacted them to see where my item was , was ridiculous, only to have received 2 replies. As the item arrived outside of the time scale I requested a refund. They said that I would need to send photos of the item, I explained that the return was because it arrived a few weeks late. The item was ordered in November and it still has not been resolved. PLEASE PLEASE DONOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Been trying to return my order for 3 months
Placed an order which took some time to arrive. The covers were well made but didn’t suit my living room so contacted customer service to return as per their T&C’s. There’s no advertised address to return goods, you have to be sent this by customer service. Despite numerous emails which takes FunnyFuzzy weeks to reply to, I am still waiting for a return address 2 months later. All I’m getting is emails asking me to send information previously sent. I think this is a delaying tactic. I have been offered a 20% refund on my purchase, but that still leaves me over £130 out of pocket. I don’t think I’m every going to get my refund, So buy from this company at your peril.

My order has been in transit for 43 days. Every time I ask for a refund, somehow the tracking updates and it’s in another city around where I live, but it never actually gets here. The company always says I’ll hear back in 72 hours, but I never do. I have a dog dying of cancer and this bed will likely get here after he passes at this point. I just wanted him to be extra comfortable for his last days.

Hi Tetty, We’re really sorry to hear your order hasn’t arrived! that’s definitely not what we want. We’ve reached out already, but if you haven’t seen our email, it might be hiding in your spam folder. If you could kindly reply with a quick photo of your front door, letterbox, or the usual delivery spot, that would be really helpful in getting this resolved swiftly. If I could give a feedback of zero I would. Rubbish product. Cheap. Nothing like the photos. I had padding missing. No customer service at all. You receive automated replies. As nice as they are they are worthless as they do nothing. Absolute rip off

The product is very flimsy and for sure not the quality I expected for the price. I have been trying to return the product and get a refund for several weeks and no response except for the automated email replies. I would NOT purchase anything from this company with this type of customer service. I wish I would have read their reviews before I purchased.
