I ordered a dog bed from here because it looked so adorable on the website. I got the bed and it was tiny and we ordered a large! I don’t have such a big dog either.. a 13 lb Cockapoo and it’s too small for her. Anyway I emailed and asked to exchange it and their reply was “send us a picture”. So I did. Their next reply was send us the sku number. I did. This went on for 2weeks until I said I just want my money back. Welll…didn’t hear from them after that. They are a foreign company masquerading as a US website. Save your money and don’t do business with this company.

Avoid! Didn’t arrive so asked for refund via PayPal. Company initially responded on PayPal but then sent me an email telling me to cancel the PayPal dispute as they can’t refund me via PayPal….rubbish! If you cancel a PayPal dispute it cannot be reopened so you can lose your money! I didn’t cancel it and went back to PayPal, thankfully PayPal refunded me.

Where to begin! I didn't realise when I ordered the product as a Christmas present that it would be coming from China. It arrived well after Christmas Day so was not wanted. I applied for a refund, they wanted pictured of all the packaging as well as the product and then kept offering a partial refund if I kept the product on the understanding that it would be returned to China at my cost. I persevered and eventually got sent an address in Sheffield to return it to. It took them over 6 weeks to acknowledge the return, despite me sending the photo from Royal Mail of the package at their door. Thankfully I paid with Klarna, so didn't actually pay them anything but they have just, almost 8 weeks since the original order, agreed to a full refund, including the postage. It did cost me money to return it to Sheffield but my advice is not to buy from them. It's cheap, mass produced and comes from China, but that is definitely not made clear on their website. I should have read the reviews before I ordered and if I had, I would never have ordered from them!

Bought some stuff that too more than 2 weeks to arrive so I needed to buy something else as it was expected to arrive in 3 - 4 days. then it is already 2 weeks and I can’t return because hey do not reply. Worst experience

Awful products and awful service. Do not use!!! Still waiting for a refund from my November purchase. Dog beds were terrible quality and the cushions didn’t even fit inside the cover. Have reported as fraud. Terrible that google allow these fraudulent sponsored companies to sit at the top of their search engine feed. Their reply to this trustpilot review trying to down play their rubbish customer service is not true too. Don’t use them the products are awful quality.

Won’t process my return. Delay with repeat emails. The bed can’t be assembled because the support pillows are not sized correctly. I’ve sent photos which show the problem and repeatedly asked for a refund.

Online shopping for a dog bed is not an easy task, especially when you need extra good support for an aging dog. Please, please stay away from this company! We ordered an "orthopedic" bed and the bed is so cheaply made she may as well be sleeping on the floor. No support whatsoever! I am in the process of trying to get a refund from them & they are stalling, multiple emails - including telling us to have "patience" that the bed will "perk up". Thanks goodness we paid through PayPal - because this is our next step.

The worst company! trying to return items shoddily made, they are refusing to supply a return address, rather offering a 20% discount and I get to keep their sh@tty product. Companies like these should be CLOSED DOWN for contributing to landfill and global warming with their superfluous crappy products. DO NOT order from them
