Awful company
Awful company. Products are poorly made and faulty within a month of usage. They only give a month to report faults from delivery date and refuse to respond to message once you have your product. They only respond after the month and then refuse to deal with the issue. I would never recommend or use them again. The threads on the cover is pulling apart. It wasn't even used with a pet on it. If you have a cat scratching that it would fray quicker. You can't wash this item either. I'm not sure what purpose it has if you can have pets on it but can't wash it. Getting a quilt over would do a better job!
