Do not use this company!
Do not use this company!! They have no stock, you will be waiting forever for your product. There is no phone number and just answer your email with pre wrote reply. Absolutely rubbish!!!!

Bis heute keine Bestellbestätigung. Hab auch schon danach gefragt wurde 2 Mal vertröstet. Gestern hab ich mit geteilt das ich vom Kauf zurück treten möchte. Mal gespannt ob dieses Mal was kommt. Oder ob die Elfen wie ihr euch in der Mail nennt doch nur Fabelwesen sind. Update:jetzt gibt es eine Tracking ID 😂 Geld zurück erhalten kurz nach der Tracking Id? Was ist denn jetzt Stand der Dinge ?

Waiting for a refund, not durable dog bed
The first dog bed we purchased ripped in 2 days. They sent us a replacement cover which was also torn in 2 days. I asked for a refund and have heard nothing back. Not good service for a company who says their dog beds are durable

This bed is junk
This bed is junk, zipper broken, barely any cushion, doesn’t look anything like what is advertised. Don’t waste your money

Do your research into Funny Fuzzy!
Awful quality dog bed, especially for the price (£65.99!!). Arrived broken and completely unusable. I contacted FF and they offered to send me a new clip. I advised if it cannot arrive within a week for a trip we specifically bought the bed for then i wanted a full refund. This email was completely ignored and 3 weeks later i receive an email saying the clip had been dispatched!! Raised a dispute with Paypal with photos and email evidence and they luckily sided with me and granted me a full refund. Don't buy from these guys. Also do your research them. There is an article on gov.uk from Nov 24 stated that FF had been shut down due to quality standards and continuous bad reviews. I have no idea how they are back up and running again! The quality is still the same. No doubt i will receive a response like everyone else that goes completely against what i have said or to check my spam blah blah. End of the day, don't waste your money.

Don’t bother with this company
Kept checking my order tracking and it showed nothing really then all of a sudden my item had been ‘delivered’ and was on the way back to the sender. Tried to get in touch with the company but ignored

Do NOT Buy Anything!
Do not purchase anything from this website! The products do not function as described and while ‘customer service’ replied they give you the run around to avoid a return and refund. REPLY: FunnyFuzzy responded to my review as if they cannot find my order, when in fact they did respond to my request to return the ordered product. In my email to their return team I relayed that the car dog carrier does not include advertised features and functions and provided photos of their advertisement vs. what I received. FunnyFuzzy acknowledged the product I ordered does not include a velcro opening (as was advertised) but had a different type of opening to secure the carrier with a seat belt, which it DOES NOT; it is completely closed. I let them know this and again requested return instructions and a full refund to which I have not heard back. And now to pretend that they are addressing my concerns and requests in a professional manner is misleading and dishonest. I reiterate DO NOT BUY from this "company."
