Absolutely terrible Company
Absolutely terrible Company. Sent 3 emails and had no support from their “24/7” help email which doesn’t exist-clearly. Spent so much money before researching the company. Do not buy from them. My lawyer will be in contact.

Betrug ! Minderwertige Ware zu teuren Preis. Artikel entspricht in keinem Fall der Beschreibung. Nach 3 Wochen noch keine Rücksendung möglich. E-Mail Kontakt absolute Katastrophe. Absolute Abzocke. Bitte nichts Kaufen.

Good luck with a return
Terrible company - reached out weeks ago to try to get the ball rolling with a return for an order my mom had placed. Their response? they forwarded their return policy that I had originally referenced in order to contact them. I responded, asking again for help with a return to which they gave the same automated response. My last email to them: “WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS?” because apparently that’s what you have to ask for to get anywhere. And now what do they say? Well, now, “the return window has passed”. GARBAGE.

I requested to return a calming sofa…
I requested to return a calming sofa blanket I purchased for our dog because it would not work in our camper. Despite sending 2 emails requesting information on how to return the product they only responded by asking what was wrong with the product. Nothing was wrong it just didn’t fit our camper needs. I have yet to receive a return label. I would not purchase anything else from them.

Scam company cleverly disguised. Be careful.
This scam company is very well disguised as a legitimate one. Yes they sell the products they advertise, but very poor copies of them. They don't have humans replying to customer emails. It took me months and months to get them to accept a return. I sent hundreds of emails and complaints. Same copy and pasted robotic response back. I had to report them through Klarna, whocaorted them out. When you do finally get the return address, you can track it and I saw that it had been delivered, then it took months and tonnes more emails to get a refund. And THEN they didn't refund me the big postage cost despite it being in their (fake) terms & conditions that they would. I am now emailing demanding my postage refund. Getting replies back telling me to return my item! 😂😂 Laughable. Do better. Reporting to the Ombudsman. Let's get this company closed down.
