Hoi Amber, Hartelijk dank voor je feedback. Het spijt ons echt om te horen dat je bestelling nog niet is aangekomen. We streven ernaar om bestellingen binnen 3 werkdagen te verwerken (vaak eerder), maar tijdens piekperiodes (feestdagen, grote uitverkoop, enz.) kunnen er vertragingen optreden. Normaal gesproken duurt de verzending 5-12 werkdagen, onverwachte vertragingen daargelaten. We hebben geprobeerd je bestelling te vinden, maar het lijkt wel een verstoppertje! Om ons te helpen je bestelling te vinden en je beter te helpen, hebben we een verzoek naar je bestelnummer gestuurd via Trustpilot. Kijk in je inbox en we kunnen je meteen helpen!
