Order never arrived
Purchased my dog a bed, £71.20, a month ago, never turned up. Cannot contact anyone to see what the hell’s going on. Will never ever order from here again! Disgusting customer service

Do NOT buy from here. SCAM!!
I wish i had checked before placing an order. It’s been 2 weeks and no signs of the bed. They sent me an email w a discount coupon 2 days after i placed the order to say shipment is delayed. When i emailed them, the reply was that they are having issue w tariffs / therefore delayed shipment. But if it’s from china to canada, what tariff??? Total lies. So i replied again to ask for the order to cancel. should be easy since it hasnt been shipped. I’ve since emailed them 2 or 3 more times w the cancellation request, ZERO REPLY. ZERO. Meanwhile, i kept on getting automated messages for discounts. Dont believe their bullsh*t about emails playing hide and seek. I checked all the folders before doing this review. No reply. i should have gone for petco / petsmart of the world and not try a new brand. Now my senior dog is left without a bed indefinitely. If i dont hear from them in a few days, i plan to file a charge back for this fraud/scam. update: don't believe Funnyfuzzy's reply. I emailed them on 4/23. asked them to cancel the order if they can't ship. no reply I followed up on 4/24. no reply. they only replied AFTER i did a review here. They gave me a tracking #. However, the package is not sent - so it's only just a tracking #. It is now May 5th and still NO IDEA where the bed is.

Realicé un pedido con ustedes y no me confirmaba la entrega de mi cama para mi perro y el día 10 de abril, me indicaron que no había Stock para la entrega de mi cama y que podía solicitar mi reembolso, sin embargo, al contestar el mismo correo, indicándoles que me dieran los pasos a seguir para solicitar el mismo, comenzó a rebotar el correo. y a pesar de qué les escribo nuevamente por correo electrónico, los mismos me siguen rebotando y no me han dado alguna solución de la entrega o del reembolso. Me intentado comunicar por diversos medios y no me contestan y evaden el tema del re

This website is a scam
This website is a scam. After more than 2 weeks where no shipping details were provided, I lodged a dispute with paypal to request a refund. They have emailed me separately to the paypal correspondecne, asking me to cancel the dispute in order for a refund to be issued - very dodgy behaviour.
