The seat cover does not fit my car
The seat cover does not fit my car, I have sent evidence of this and they will not refund me, the full amount. The GovUk site says they are scammers and they are. Now I have Klarna, threatening me for payment and adding charges to the amount outstanding. I am not paying. So now I see FunFuzzy have replied in an attempt to make themselves look ‘helpful’…….blah blah blah. SCAMMERS!

They do not provide refunds
They do not provide refunds. Funny Fuzzy does not live up to its returns policy despite claims on website. It seems to be relying on customers to get money back from their credit card company. Avoid!

I placed an order on 7th April 2025 for…
I placed an order on 7th April 2025 for a rear car seat for my dog. The tracking app showed it was in the factory, then on for delivery and then 4 days later, the app showed it was delivered then returned! I emailed straight away but have been given the run around then ghosted. THEY'VE TAKEN £62 - Do not use this site.

This is a scam site
This is a scam site, do not purchase. I had no shipping updates and no response to any attempt to get hold of them. I had to charge back through my bank to get a refund. Avoid !!

Do Not Use!
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. After not receiving a dispatch date for the dog bed I'd purchased, I emailed asking when I would be receiving this. The response I got was that deliveries were delayed due to UK and US customs, this was not on their website or explained during the purchasing process so I asked to cancel and receive a full refund. I was told that this was being passed to the correct team to fulfill, that was 10 days ago. Since then I've received 2 offers of money off, each time I have declined and asked for a refund which continues to get ignored. Unfortunately it sounds like I'm not the only one who has had this experience.
