I placed my order over a month ago and I did not receive a shipping email until weeks after. Even once a shipping label was created it took weeks for the order to be dispatched. After waiting patiently, I am beyond disappointed in the quality of my products. They are cheap and nasty. My Kmart dog bed is better than the “orthopaedic” one I ordered. No cushion in it whatsoever. What a waste of my time and money.
