Customer service answered my inquiry to shipping delays and offered compensation for my patience. Product (couch cover) delivered as described on the website and is of great quality. They appear new to pet retail as I was on the hunt to find something specific and took me a while to find them. Regardless, if you’re willing to wait for shipment (due to global shipping logistics impact), rest assured you’ll receive what you ordered and will be pleased.

My order with FunnyFuzzy was smooth and they kept me informed about the order with tracking emails.

I thaught I had lost my money on this order but they reached out to me and I finally recieved my order after many months of delay

My couch cover finally arrived, the one I’ve been waiting for! It took 2 months because I never received my order in January. After a couple letters, emails, I finally got a response. And the order was resent. I love the covers and I couldn’t find anything else I liked as well. I will definitely order again.

The team at FF - were responsive and very helpful and warm. They went beyond transaction and were very accommodating when our circumstances changed. Will not hesitate to purchase from FF again. Signed a grateful customer 🐾
